I believe Foundation Finance engages in inequitable business practices. I was approved for home improvement financing through Bath Planet for $11,000. For some reason, it was on my credit report as a revolving account. Instead of them just changing the account, they closed the account which could negatively impact my credit score-- since then the amount being paid down is not reflected in the same way. Also, even though in two years I have NEVER been late paying once, listed on the statements received is a message that it is "an attempt to collect a debt." I am told that it was an executive decision to put this on all accounts that are open as a line of credit. I find these practices or closing accounts and putting debt collection verbiage on statements on invoices when the accounts are in "good standing" to be offensive and possibly, if not probably racially and economically motivated.
