This company calls me and my family members several times a day, several days a week. Most of the time, they don't leave a message or immediately hang up. I do not know this company or have any debt or business with them. They have no right to ask for personal information, especially if they don't tell me who they are. Most of their reviews show them as a scam company. I ask that they cease all communication with my family and me and remove my number from their system.Business Response

Upon receipt of this complaint, we initiated an internal investigation to determine the origin and nature
of the communications described. Our records indicate that contact was made in an attempt to reach an
individual regarding a legitimate account placed with our office. We understand that in some cases, a
wrong number may be associated with an account in error.
Action Taken:
• We have placed the complainant's phone number, as well as any numbers associated with their
family, on our internal Do Not Call list.
• We have taken steps to suppress the numbers from all outbound calling systems to ensure no
further contact is made.
• If we contacted the complainant in error, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

My family was contacted about a debt I was not notified of. Information was given to family without permission. They call without letting you know whom they are. The representatives continues to use threatening language and talk over me when I ask for information. They proceed to hang up when things do not go their way. Company Name: Orion Capital Solutions Nature of Complaint: Harassment, Verbal Abuse, and FDCPA Violations Complaint: On or around, 01/28/2025, Orion Capital Solutions, specifically "Nicole" and "Anthony" engaged in harassing and verbally abusive behavior towards me. They have repeatedly contacted me via phone, often using aggressive language and hostility. Additionally, they are requesting personal information such as my place of employment and location. During conversations with representatives Nicole and Anthony, I repeatedly requested that any information regarding the alleged original debt be mailed to me in writing. Despite multiple requests, I was explicitly told no. Furthermore, they disclosed the last four digits of my Social Security Number and other personal details, many of which were incorrect. When I informed them that I was not employed at the location they claimed, they repeatedly accused me of lying and owing this unknown debt. Their actions are not only unethical but also in direct violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), which prohibits: - Refusing to provide written validation of debt upon request - Disclosing personal information without consent - Harassment and intimidation tactics I am formally requesting that Orion Capital Solutions immediately cease and desist all contact with me, my family, and any other personal or professional connections.
