    My wife received four shirts from Souther Tier Brewing Co. for Christmas, and three of them were too small. She wanted to exchange the three items for a larger size. From December 29 through January 18, I started contacting the company and the company that sends their clothing items. I sent six emails, but I never received anything back from them. I was unable to find a telephone number for either company. She received one other item that fit, and she kept it. I would like assistance in exchanging the three items. Thanks.

    Good Morning,BBB Complaint #******** was resolved upon receipt on 2/14/2025. I was able to personally contact My. *** ***** via email to resolve his complain, issuing a return and replacement of items needed. I have attached correspondence between Mr. ***** and myself detailing the resolution.     Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   Just to let you know, Southern Tier Brewing Company has contacted me concerning my complaint  ID ********. They have satisfied my complaint, and I am completely happy. They apologized and said they would correct the problems that led to my complaint. I am very happy with that.
