On Friday April 28th at **** am I brought my car to the Larchmont car wash for detailing, inside and out. The worker and I examined the car and I showed him the outside and inside. There were ***** stains on the hood of the car. My exterior paint was pristine. When I went to pick up my car was scratched up on the passenger side. I started to cry the worker quietly laughed. I asked to see the manager and asked for my ****** bucks back and who would pay for the damages. He said I have proof. He showed me arriving on camera but it did not show the passenger side. He showed me a cell phone picture of the passenger side after the fact they had my car for 5hours. I said I was a nurse for 40 years. Accountable and I spoke of his workers laughing at me. He said I dont care what you did for 40 years and I cant control what my workers did. I reminded him that he was the manager. On Monday I told him I was going to get Justice somehow I will not stop. He told me to bring my car to his body shop. They offered to paint the scratches with paint and it wouldnt match to do the job right he said it would be ****** so bad work again was their offered and Im out 840.00.His last question to me was what do you want I said Justice
