Do not use this company!!! They first told me my well went dry. They decided to give me a new well. Ok I said. They did not tell me they were going to leave me with one well. I lost my water pressure. Then they left me without a well that has been here since 1970s and also helped me the whole winter, when I had no water for 5 months. I used it to give us water for those 5 month we had no water to the house. I filled jugs of water so we could survive the winter. Now that we have a new well. I have a whole in the middle of my property that has no water. I don’t think this is right. Now I can’t wash my car. I have no water for my garden and now I cant clean my the outside of my house. I complained to them and they stopped calling me back. It been three months. I don’t think this business is worth it. If this was going to happen they should have warned me. I would have told them to dig the well somewhere else. I paid them and now they there money. Do they care, ***** no. I guess the next step is sue them. Put them on *******, social media. And see how they like that. Bad, bad ,bad people, very bad. Did I say bad yet. The well was put in on 3/30/2023 They have not called me back. I called them for two month every Friday and still no call back. I just want my old well that was good to be fixed or find a way to give me my water back. And fix the mess they made, whitch I payed for in advance. I will be going to court if I can’t get any help from you BBB. THANK YOU!Business response

BBB spoke to the business owner and the following was relayed: Back in January the customer called and said he had no water. We went out to take a look. The customer had a tub underneath his dwelling with a jet pump. We determined that the pump was shot. The customer didn't tell us that he had any drilled wells. We sent a service tech out to put a new jet in the tub for him. We told him that the spring that he had was no good. It was the middle of January and there was no water in it. We gave him an estimate on a new well. He agreed. He got a grant to pay for it and we went out and drilled a new well for him and put a pump in it so he would have water. Again, he never told us he already had wells anywhere. Everything was great and he's had water since that day that we left. So we did the well job on March 29th and he's had water since. We wouldn't have drilled him a new well if we knew about wells that he already had, but he never told us. Also, I've been out 2 times and have made billing adjustments in his benefit to try and help him out. We didn't charge him for these 2 trips. We understand that he used a grant to pay, and my company is a family business that does good work and stands by our work. We did a good job for this customer, the government approved and paid. Therefore I believe that we have done good for this customer. And to extend a final good faith effort, if he'd like us to come out and check things out for him we'd be more than willing. Thank you.
