This is my second time buying a used car from Town and Country. The first time was great. However, my second purchase did not go nearly as smoothly. My salesman, ****, was fantastic and helped me find the perfect car for me. I began having issues once I dealt with the finance department. There was an issue with my contract that needed to be corrected, my finance manager (*****) assured me that she would be able to fix it (I requested the contract to be fixed within 12 hours of purchasing the vehicle). 3 weeks later, I am told that the contract was already processed by the bank and there is nothing my finance manager can do for me. The bank explained that the dealership should have voided the contract and had me sign a new one with the correct terms. I dealt with weeks of false information/promises from my finance manager only to have her say there is nothing she can do for me. Disappointing level of service from this dealership, they clearly do not care about their customers.Business response

The following (4) options will bring down your monthly payment, lower your overall loan amount or save you on your true cost of ownership. First, we could offer you a credit to our service department to alleviate some costs of ownership. Second, we could build and provide you an in house credit to be used on a future vehicle purchase. Third, we could refinance your loan which could lower your monthly payment. Lastly, we could cancel your extended warranty which would lower the total amount owed to the bank.
