      I just received my Tacklife T8 jump starter and I tried to charge it but it will not charge. I emailed the company but it bounced back and I also called them but the mailbox is full. I am extremely disappointed this looks like a great piece of equipment and I love the case and the stuff that comes with it. I really would like a replacement preferably one that works. I am really hoping I did not just purchase an expensive paper weight.

      I purchased a. Outdoor fire pit from tack life. The k*** that controls the gas has broken off. I have been trying to get in contact with someone at the company for over a month and have not had any success. I am still under warranty and wish to have the part replaced. Email and phone to the company both do not work.

      I purchased TACKLIFE Robotic Pool Cleaner, 90mins IPX8 Cordless Automatic Pool Vacuum with 2pcs Motors for Above/In-ground Flat Pool Up to 860 Sq.ft on April 13, 2021 from Amazon. 2 months ago it stopped working and it has a 2 year warranty. I contacted Amazon and they tried contacting the company, *** tried contacting the company with the emails listed every day for 2 months and they have not responded. Many times when I emailed/messaged them it says they are no longer sellers on Amazon or the emails get returned but many times the emails go through and they just dont respond. I just found them selling the same product under a different names (************) on Amazon but when you look at detailed seller information it shows TACKLIFE. So what they are doing is changing names and selling under different names and not honoring the warranty. I want a refund or a replacement.

      In September of 2021 I purchased an E-bike from Tacklife-Direct with a link from ******** The bike was from a company called MacWheel. For health reasons I did not ride the bike until September of 2022. After less than 20 miles, the bike motorized rear wheel failed and the bike will not move in either manual or electric mode. The manufacturer offered a 1 year warranty but they have no phone number and their service email account is inactive and just bounces back. ******* and Tacklife Direct will not offer any support either. I spent over $700.00 on a bike which is under warranty and I get zero support from anyone. The order number is **************. Apparently the strategy is to ignore warranty request so the complainers just go away.

      I attempted to contact the company by mail and electronically all communication was returned undeliverable I finally turn the complaint over to ******* marketplace because the seller was listed as a verified seller ******* immediately investigated the situation and resolve the issue within 48 hours to my complete satisfaction for track light Im not sure if the company even really exist.

      I purchased this air-pump #acp1e ($40) last year. I liked it. Because I got a new set of tires; I haven't touched it from 3/22 until 7/5/22. I recharged it through 5v.2.1A; 4hrs.There's 4 bars. I then press the "on" button; nothing happens.The bars and digits appear. The lights will flash. Why can't I get air? ********************* ************

      I purchased the Tacklife 82 + 8 feet 5/8" Wall Mounted Retractable Hose Reel. I purchased this through Walmart.com on November 18, 2021 for $119.99 plus tax. This hose reel has had numerous problems. First the plastic mounting bracket broke. Next the sprayer nozzle started leaking. Leaked for five days until I figured it out. Now the hose does not roll up. It made a spring popping noise and stop rolling up. I have emailed Tacklife numerous times and even commented on the ******** page without a response. I would like the company value the warranty and replace this hose reel. I have three of them and this is the problem one.

      Purchased a Tacklife 800 AJump Starter on July 17th. I received the product on the 19th and the box looked tampered with. I opened the box and the starter appeared a little damaged as if it had already been returned before. I emailed the company with pictures included and never heard a response until about a week later after emailing again. Tried calling and the voicemail always picks up and stays full. They said they would issue a replacement, just confirm my address. I confirmed it immediately and then they just went cold again. I have emailed two times since and we are now August 6th. I have also taken notice that it is not charging up at all so this leads me to believe I will have lost money on a piece of garbage that doesn't even work. I don't want another one, I just demand my money back !
