      ******** came and installed around $14,000 worth of equipment which didn’t work right and they had to come out around 20 times to fix it. It’s been leaking under my sink now apparently for months and has caused extensive water damage

      In December of 2020, a month after the installation the customer called in stating there was a small drip coming from his RO system, that was installed under the kitchen sink cabinet. We went out there and reinstalled a faucet, checked over the system and found no more drip. We also had to replace the manifold which was under warranty. The customer then called in the following week stating the RO tank is not refilling and not making more than 11 gallons per day, we ended up changing the membrane. A few days later the customer called in saying he had his handyman over and the RO system got filled up with saw dust and now the filters needed to be changed. These are a closed capsuled filters, so unsure how saw dust would get in them. However, we went over and changed the filters and, replaced the capillary tube, tested each individually filter spot and flushed the system.  The customer then called in the middle of May stating his RO is making water very slowly. We came out and changed the filters that were due. The customer called a month later stating the water tasted alkaline-y and and we came back out and changed the carbon filter early for him. We then did not hear from the customer until 10/18/21 when he stated there was a leak from the RO that caused a lot of floor damage. We went out and found his existing drain fitting had a misting leak, that over quite a long period of time could cause a leak issue. We talked to the customer about how we could meet in the middle and help to rectify the situation, however there is responsibility that falls on the customer to notify us of a leak as soon as possible so we can get out and take care of it ASAP. He said he would have a contractor come out and look at it. Over a week later, the customer called in and stated his entire kitchen was ruined from this leak, that even lead to mold and water damage at the top of his kitchen walls and ceiling. We stated that wouldn't be possible from the leak that would have happened, especially since the leak would be on the floor under the sink, not travel up the walls. The customer stated he would be sending us a receipt from his general contractor and he hung up on us and we have not heard from him since, or receiving any information, until we received this message from the BBB.
