Company has a live feed showing where dogs are during day. I witnessed an employee strike two dogs. I went to pull my dog out of daycare and attempted to have a civil conversation as to why my dog would no longer be attending. Chris, who is the manager, immediately called me a liar and that his employees “don’t hit dogs”. I gave him the time stamp around the time of the event and he refused to pull it up on the cameras. He then went to tell me to “get my dog and get out”. After, he would talk about me/about the situation as he walked away from me but never talk to me until I called him out on it, to which he said I called him an asshole and asked “is there a problem disciplining a dog?”. No, discipline is fine, hitting a dog is not. By the end of the conversation, profanities were traded. I will not be going back and warn any others to give this company business.
