      I was contacted by this business stating that I owed a payday loan from over 20 years ago. I informed the representative who contacted me that I knew nothing of this matter as it was over 20 years ago and I do not recall. I asked if I could receive information that may show anything related to this claim. Since I would not set a payment arrangement, I received a call from an unknown number threatening to serve me with papers. I was informed that I would be taken to court and my wages garnished. I then had several other companies call for the same issue, each time with a different amount that is "owed". The person who contacted me from Allegiant Management Group is Josh G****** His phone number is ###-###-####.

      We spoke to Ms. ******* on 1/19/2024 in regards to an outstanding debt in our office and she agreed to set up a payment plan. The debt was for a line of credit on furniture she had purchased7/16/2015. The statue of limitations on a line of credit with a written contract in West Virginia is 10 years, so it is within the statue. She stated she had looked up our company and seen previous complaints and did not want to handle any longer. We removed her information  and placed her in a refuse to pay status. At no time did we state we were garnishing her as she set up a voluntary payment plan. She did sign a document agreeing to pay back our office which is attached.

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to note that the agent did in fact state that if I did not set up a payment plan that someone would be sent to my home or place of employment to serve paperwork to garnish my wages. I did sign paperwork because I felt as if I had no other options but to do so. I still have never been provided with information about the debt or about what the terms of the payment plan were to begin with.  Regards, ****** *******

      This company started calling me from unknown numbers telling me I owed money from a past **** ******* loan. They were threatening to show up at my work with documentation to take me to jail. Said I had a court appearance scheduled etc. I agreed to a payment plan of $110.65 every two week. I still have not received anything in writing regarding my payment agreement or the debt. I have no idea how many times they are going to withdraw payments from my account. I have currently given them $774.55.

      Ms. ***** was set up on a payment plan on 6/5/2023. We sent her an arrangement letter that day and it is attached. We have also had email and phone contact with her when she has needed payments adjusted. Ms. ***** was not threatened with jail or court, but was simply told there was account recently placed in our office that we had sent out documentation in regards. The letter sent to Ms. ***** provided a phone number and email address to contact us with any questions.Ms. ***** contacted us on 8/15/2023 and stated she never recieved a letter so we re sent on 8/15/2023. She also emailed us after that and asked for a payment to be pushed out due to being bit by a spider which we did for her. If she has questions about how many payments are remaining she can contact us at anytime.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  *** ****** and associates continue to call me and harass me about a payday loan that they have never sent me documentation about. They have threatened me with court documents and convinced me to set up a payment plan of $110.65. After 7 payments and still NOT receiving any documents from Allegiant Management Group showing what I owe or the payment plan I closed my bank account. I have clearly requested receipts of all my payments and the repayment plan in writing. This made *** ****** angry and he started raising his voice at me. The woman who calls saying she is bringing court documents to my workplace doesn’t even know what day it is and is clearly fumbling around with what she is supposed to say in the message. I’m being called daily and harassed. I have calmly and clearly asked for this to stop and stated I would continue to pay supposed $$ owed when I receive documentation that it’s owed.  Regards,  ******** *****

      Mrs. ***** was sent letters on 6/5/2023 8/15/2023 and again on 12/19/2023. She has also contacted up several times stating she needed her plan changed and we were happy to help. We have not said anything about court documents the only documents we let her know would be sent is a payment plan letter that is attached.

      Called from an "unavailable" number, threatening to come to my house or to my job where a supervisor or head of security would have to be present for me to sign certified documents. Called the number said I had to pay on an old cash loan. Unfortunately I paid it before I came on here to research.....now I will be disputing this charge with my CC company.

      We spoke to ***** ******* on 5/22/2023 she stated the payments on her loan got away and she paid off her loan. We did send her a paid in full letter which is attached. We have not received further contact in regards to wanting funds. We did send an arrangement letter for the individual as well accepting terms and conditions of paying loan off.

      Another company has contacted me and I am paying $50 a month ****** ************* had Covid 2021 lost some memory could not remember I had paid found email of paid off

      I received a call from Allegiant Management Group December 2020 telling me I owed a debt to a check cashing place. After much discussion and trying to clean up my credit report I set up a payment plan. December 24, 2021, I received a paid in full letter. I have since been getting calls from another debt collector for the same debt and telling me that I need to pay them $1,500.00. When I try to explain I had paid this off to Allegiant Management Group they told me that wasn't possible because this company currently calling me is the original debt holder. I have tried reaching out to the two numbers I have for Allegiant Medical Group, and it goes to voicemail. The people I spoke to were Corey, and the other was Victor G****. Now I am trying to figure out how to get my over $1,000.00 back that was paid to them if they are not legit.

      This agency called me from a private number threatening to serve me, take me to court, and garnish my wages. They said if I didnt respond they would be coming to my employer. I contacted the agency where they tried to get me to make a recorded statement and to sign a document agreeing to pay over the phone and that if I didn't they would take me to court. They were very aggressive and threatening.

      Allegiant Mangement Gro Lockport NY has been taking money from me that I really cant afford to pay them and Im just now finding out they are scam artist if theyre any information I can recieve to file charges against these people for my money back
