    This company does not leave a message on your voicemail but will call every family member you have. If your business is with me, then why are you calling my children! MY CHILDREN!!! The payment arrangements that you offer are absurd! if one could afford to pay that amount to start with, why would we be in this situation? When asked why they called my children I got no response but that they will remove the numbers. Then quickly moved on to asking for money. At no point did they confirm that they removed their numbers from my file. If they call my children again, as I have asked them to NEVER contact them, I will file suit. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!! I get it people owe money, but this is not how you get cooperative customers.

    These people are scammers. BEWARE. They called me, I asked 5 times how they were representing to say I owed money to. He would not tell me. He said I needed to pay my bills. That means there is no one. PLUS I owe no one. ZERO late pymts etc. Soo they been blowing up my phone. All he had was my name and last four of social..in which any hacker can get even off a credit report. So filing complaint with Attny General and changed my number. I dont put up with corruption. What he didnt know..is I knew what to say and what to ask and I have knowledge of how these people work...I know someone that goes after scammers and he is gooooood at it. He will also be getting this information. You messed with the wrong person this time.

    no proof of debt and called my sister saying they were from the FBI and needed my info. Last time I checked impersonating an FBI agent was a crime.

    WE ALL GET INTO DEBT SOMTIMES THINGS HAPPEN SPIRE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE ME FEEL NOT AS BAD ABOUT IT AND WORKED WITH ME

    I think they suck. Call me constantly...when I asked for a hard copy to be mailed to me they said verify the last 4 of ss...I said I verify nothing over the phone. I Said they should have all they need to send me a hard copy ..I was hung up on. Not expecting a hard copy of "so-called" debt. Watch out for scammers!

    I asked for proof of ownership and the original documents from the creditor. The lady said multiple times that an email sent to me on June 11th was the proof. I then found the email and it stated that I had until 7/21 to dispute it. I said that I would like to dispute the account. The woman said dispute how and I said to dispute the debt. I had also made a payment on this debt with another agency and then it was sold to Spire a couple months after I had made payments. When I asked why they would do that they couldn't give me an answer other than I had no agreement with the other company, when I had been setting one up. It was very frustrating for me to get calls from 3 people that had voicemails from this company when the company only called me twice during work hours when I am unavailable. This company runs the line of rude and verging on legality, in my opinion.

    I was contacted yesterday 6/28/2024 by Spire Recovery Solutions. They have my name really wouldn't or couldn't give me any other information. They stating I took a loan out 2023 with ****** **** Loans..Fulton Loan Servicing Inc and it was sold to ****** ********* *********** Saying I owe 1322.87. I did not take loan out last year. They gave my former job. I have not worked there in 14 yrs. I plan on making a police report. This is wrong what this company is trying to do.

    Spire Recovery Solutions LLC has received the customer review submitted by ******* ***** on June 29, 2024. Spire did speak with Ms. ***** on June 28, 2024 concerning a ****** **** Loans account that was placed with our company by our client Debt Direct Portfolio Management. During this call Ms. ***** advised us that she had no knowledge of this account and that she would be filing a police report as someone fraudulently opened this account using her information. We advised Ms. ***** that upon receipt of the police report, we would forward a copy to our client to have them close the account out as fraud. All our collection activity with respect to this matter was done in a professional and compliant manner. When Ms. ***** advised us that this wasn’t her account and she was the victim of fraud, we advised her what she needed to do to have this account closed out. Based on our conversation with Ms. ***** on June 28, 2024, we are not sure why she would submit a negative review against our company. response to costumer review

    Have been contacted by this company 2-3 times a day. Usually don't answer but did once. They said they were trying to collect a debt but would not give me any info. They had my name and last 4 of ss#. I do not have any outstanding debts,refused to give them any info and hung up. My phone provider has blocked their number and I have reported them to the authorities. Zero star rating.

    This company keeps calling family members, even though they are only allowed to call each member once. Please stop calling family members as this is now amounting to harassment. I have already entered into a payment plan and gave you my number so please stop with the calls and texts to family members.

    We are in receipt of the review submitted by Mr. ********. On January 16, 2024, Mr. ******** entered into a payment arrangement with our company to settle his account. Since the time that Mr. ******** entered into this payment arrangement on January 16, 2024, there has been no other calls made to him or his family members concerning this matter. As Mr. ******** is in an active payment arrangement that is in good standing, there would be no reason to make any additional calls on this account. We believe that Mr. ******** may have us confused with another company that is attempting to contact him. If Mr. ********* can provide us with a telephone number of where these calls are coming from we can research this issue further but we are extremely confident that these calls are not coming from our company.
