      Payment Amount(s):$59.30 Payment Plan Start Date: 10/24/2024 Payment Amount 2,134.88 I’m just going to start with the amount of harassment i actually had with this company. they stated that they bought out my balance from somewhere. NO RECORD ON MY END. i didn’t want debt going up seeing as i’ve never had a loan over 1k and it wasn’t from this company. I tried explaining this couldn’t be mine. I had someone calling as**** for *****. NOT my name. then some man named **** or something told me they’d show up. i’m a stay at home mom. SO when he told me what my name was i assumed my ex or something did this. Whatever the case was i agreed to pay. they send me three different amounts and all just kept getting higher. i wasn’t entirely sure if this company was legit or not. I can’t see my balance anywhere. They just take money out. no receipt. This company needs to be looked into because if i’m threatened jail time if i don’t pay AND they can’t even tell me how i actually owed this money to community financial is absolutely ridiculous. I have NO RECORD on my end at all. not a bank statement…. not a bill, not a deposit. NOTHING yet the company told me they’d show took over this random account and it’s mine…. but how? i think this company was loo**** for ***** and i gave up my name an social because i simply was naïve about the whole situation and thought I was gonna go to jail if I didn’t pay it. I want this to stop ta**** money out of my account. i feel i was completely fooled and lied to.

      We reached out to ******** ****** on 10/23/2024 in regards to an outstanding account in our office. They had let us know it got away due to covid. No one named **** reached out to and ***** was the individual who contacted her not the individual we were loo**** for. At no point was she told she would go to jail. We sent her proper documentation in regards to the account and the balance has never changed. She also told us that the debt wasnt paid because she was struggling during covid but never told us it was someone else who took the loan. We did send documents with the balance as well.

      Hello, i reviewed the response from the company. I did not receive a call from this company. I was called by a man named **** and they did report that my name was *****, which I mistakenly told my actual name then somehow we got on the topic of my Social Security number, which I did not want to provide, however I was kind of conned into it. I have set a payment plan however they still did not send me any records of me personally owing any amount of money. I said that it could have been due to Covid because I was not wor**** however that was a different company and that has already been resolved. I would like this to be reopened and investigated completely because there was a man named Mr. ****, who is on my voicemail, threatening me with Jail I still have these voicemails to confirm my accusations against this company.

      I received a call from CCS saying they were serving me with papers and taking me to court over a debit from 2018. I have successfully paid off this debt in September 2024 through another collection agency. I told them this and they were relentless. I set up payment arrangements and sent many emails asking for the original debt to be sent and copies of where I repaid through a different company. No one sent me anything. I paid for this once and do not want to pay again. Original Debt $1000 **** Loans 2018 Paid off through ******* ****** September 2024 Capital Currency Solutions says I need to pay $3546.45 with fees added. Account # ******** (********* *********) ******* **** # ******** ( **** ***** *******)

      I feel this is the same debt handled but two different collections. I paid this off in September. The amount is the same. The only difference is the name of the agency. I only have one deposit the entire year from a loan company which was **** loans. I have asked repeatedly for the date of the loan from CCS without a response. If they can provide the date I can provide another bank statement proving there were no other deposits besides the one I provided and highlighted in this original complaint. They will not provide ANY written documentation of this loan which leaves me to question if this is legit or if it is the same that I paid off through midland credit in September. If they can provide written proof of the original loan as well as the date of deposit and it is different from the loan I paid off I will gladly pay.

      Company called my wife and son where my wife does not have same cell service and I paid a 100 dollars

      This company is relentlessly calling with nasty threats about taking action about a debt. They are using my middle name as my last name and keep proving a wrong social security number to “confirm my identity.” I’ve told them that is not my information yet they keep calling and leaving voicemails. This company is not even BBC accredited. They are most likely a scam as credit collectors don’t send threats.

      WE CALLED ******* ONE TIME TWO DAYS IN A ROW SHE TOLD US THAT IT WASNT HER SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR DATE OF BIRTH THROUGH OUR VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT AND WE HAD HER NUMBER REMOVED FROM THE ACCOUNT.       I received a message, threatening legal action if I did not repay a debt from a few years ago. The harassing calls didn't stop even after I made a payment arrangement and requested being contacted by email to which the agent told me that the company does not do that... also, I was given a contract to sign that had someone else's name printed on it... the same collector even went as far as reaching out to a person who isn't my spouse, nor partner about contacting me when they're countless email responses to the company. I I also have no access to an account to see my remaining balance, and everything just seems so gray and suspicious.

      We had a $100.00 pulled out of our account by this company on a card I wouldn't use. I've never heard of this company and there was no phone number to contact them. Warning this is most likely a scam. No one has ever contacted me and it also said I was present at the time of the transaction I'm 7 states away. Please put this up for everyone to see!

      This company is threatening to take me to court if i don’t pay a certain amount of debt from 2019. This company is not even BBC accredited. I want them out of my life and to please stop contacting me.
