    in July 2023 Tim sealed 3 driveways for me* **** ******* *** ******* ., ** * ****** ** **********, and ** * ******. Tim has sealed the gasport property 2 times before last year.... After his work in **** ******* and ** * ****** driveways were fine, But the ** * ****** driveway had numerous sections that were not covered with sealer. I Payed Tim $540 for the 3 driveways: ******* ** $140, ** * ****** $160 and $240 for the driveway in question. Paid with check #**** on 7/5/2023. After seeing the unsealed sections I texted Tim with pictures of the areas missed and asked him to touch up those spots. I originaly recieved no responce and sent a second, to which he replied on 8/2/23 he would look at it on the weekend. I heard nothing after that so I texted him again on 8/14/23. I have never recieved any corespondence for him since the 8/2/23 responce. I am asking at this juncture for a complete refund ($240) or a free sealing properly done now.

    BBB spoke to the business owner and the following was relayed: We did 3 driveways for this guy, the other 2 are great.  His daughter's driveway was a muddy mess when we got there.  My guys told me they tried to clean it up the best they could before sealing.  They did the best job that they could on that driveway.  We always do the best work that we can.  We've never had a complaint before, our reputation speaks for itself.  I'm a small business.  This driveway is in the middle of nowhere, hours away.  He said he wanted to pay like $200 for me to come back and do 3 or 4 spots.  There is no warranty.  It was done 11 months ago.  If he lived closer, I would do it for him but I just can't do it so far away.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. The Driveway was not a muddy mess proven by the pictures I enclosed, they missed spots. Tim looked at the driveway in order to give me an estimate, the estimate reflected his cost for the work to be done. His estimate was $100 more than my driveway ... Also, I contacted him right after the sealing, not 11months latter. In his responce he said he would fix it if the property was closer, He states it is is hours away, it is still at the same location as it was previously. 26 mins according to google maps. He needs to finish the job I paid for. Regards,**** ****** Note from BBB:The consumer was asked, and he provided, documentation to show he notified the business of issues early on.  Please see attached documentation.
