    First order was shipped in February, second was in March. Both were incorrect items.Kellards shipped me the wrong product for over $2000 of merchandise. Bought two KH 120 Mk2s from them on Amazon in white. They shipped both in a different color. Currently trying to resolve with the help of Amazon customer support. Has anyone been able to reach Kellards on the phone at all?Debating whether to try to escalate further with Amazon, go to Amex, or just file outright in ** small claims court. Seems like most reviews are purchasing Kellard's through Amazon or other platform - if their location is a *********** location with sales associates, might be the only way to get a response. Can anyone confirm they aren't just a ghost store?Edit: It looks like they're also not registered as a business (or at least under any variation of *******, Kellards, or ********* in **************'s business entity database.

    We a send you a RMA to return your order for a full refund.

    After llloking into the order details, we have identified the this issue as wrong color product received in error.

    We have corrected this issue on the backend and going forward when placing and order for the white version you will recceived the white color.

    Again, we aplogise for the inconvenience.
