      The ordered Claddagh ring arrived weeks later than originally shown on checkout which ruined the surprise for my Wifes Birthday along with the ring was a free, metal chromed piece of cheap costume jewellery as a free gift. I then opened the ring box to see a very thin, insignificant ring unlike that which was described on their website. I had just paid ****** for something that resembled costume jewellery. I then checked the inside of the ring for hallmarking and noticed that the ring was stamped with the numbers 925, however the quality of the stamp compared to other silver and gold jewellery I had made me suspicious. I decided to get in touch with Dublin Castle Assay office and sent them a picture of the ring with the ******************************************************************************************* that the photographed item did not appear to be hallmarked, adding that, By Statute, all precious metals sold in *******, must bear an Irish Hallmark or an International Convention Hallmark, applied by an Independent body in another Member State of the ** that provides equivalent information to the marks referred to in the Irish Legislation. In Short, Glencara had sold a ring in contravention to Statutory Instrument. S.I. no: 440 of 2019 Irish State Law. No Hallmark, no way of telling what metal or quality of metal the ring was made of.I emailed Glencara and asked them for an explanation, I never got a reply. I've since tried to contact Glencara but my messages are not being answered. I have since found out that this company are an international operation selling their Jewelry around the world with clients in the **, *******, *************, ******, ********* amongst other places that complaints about quality, delivery and refund problems online shall verify. I have been in touch with many other buyers from Glencara, they have also confirmed that there was no official hallmark on the jewelry pieces that they received either.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Glencara regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      They continue to sell goods under false pretences. They state that their Jewellery is hand made in ******* even though it isn't. Their Jewellery is sold as precious metal, silver or gold however does not carry an official Hallmark from the Irish Assay office.

      I purchased three sets of earrings in September that I have yet to receive. The cost was just over $150.00. Immediately after the purchase, a shipping label was created but never shipped. I sent multiple emails and they assured me they would send them. It has been two months and I have no confirmation that I have received. I have asked to be refunded and communication has ceased. I. Reality, I would like the items I purchased but it seems as though they are never arriving.

      We placed the order for this necklace on a Friday, was suppose to arrive the following Tuesday. It did not. I emailed asking where it was as I was going out of town and could not be responsible for it if they didnt get it to me (weeks late already) they sent some ** response that it was being hand made for me in *******. I finally received it and it is an absolute piece of junk. It looks like it came out of a gum ball machine and we paid $289.00 for it. The pictures made it look like a beautiful, thick, heavy piece of jewelry and not so much. It barely weighs 2 grams. The pictures show how thin and cheap this necklace is. I returned it, it was handed to a person, and signed for as you can see by the tracking information I included. They responded to my email asking for proof of return (thank goodness I document everything) and until then refused to acknowledge they had received it. All I want is the full amount I paid and my expenses for having to ship it with all the tracking. They have been in possession of the necklace for 7 weeks and have still yet to refund my money. The pictures show the difference between what I believed I was getting and what I received. Another issue is that it claimsgenuine diamonds but when it arrived it says they are fake diamonds. So $289.00 for fake diamonds and paper thin gold. You can see from the pictures that what I received is not the nice heavy piece of jewelry I ordered . The pictured item is beautiful. Too bad it is not what I received.

      I originally placed my order on 10/21/24, for the gold diamond sapphire Celtic knot heart necklace, however I made a mistake and the upgrades I had selected for the necklace did not save. **************** responded within a few *******/24/24) and told me it was not an issue, they could submit an invoice and do the upgrades. That took a week (10/31/24) and reaching out to customer service again. I paid the invoice over ******, however my order never reflected the changes. My next response was 11/3/24 saying they would update the order, then 11/4/24 saying the order had shipped to ********. I waited about a week and began reaching out to CS. At first they would just tell me it was delayed, but after the third time of being told to just wait 1-3 more business days, I began to grow concerned and reached out daily. A few times I have been given more specific deadlines, but none of them have been true. Now the ** through the website will only say they work sales and to email, but i get no response from the email. The necklace is already too late for my anniversary, now I am wondering if it will even make it for Christmas or at all, let alone if it is actually the specifications I paid for or good quality.

      Purchase was on September 8th I received the pendent late September and the chain in late October. The chain is either incorrect or if correct I asked for an exchange and have not heard a response. I paid for expedited shipping and was quoted by the company to have it arrive September 18th in which I did not receive anything by that date. The chain close to a month later. I pain in total ******. I was told I couldn't file a return when I didn't receive the necklace by September 18th because it comes from a factory, and I have to have the full product first?I would just like the chain exchanged for a yellow gold chain that was ordered on September 8th.

      Oct 16, 2024 I order a necklace from ************************** I paid an extra fee of ***** for expedited shipping. It was to be delivered the next day. The total charge was $323.09. The necklace did not arrive on the 17th, or the 18th. It is now October 22 and still no sign of the necklace.I filed a complaint with the company on the 18th and received an automated response that it would take up to 48 hours to research the issue. When no one contacted me within 48 hours, I engaged in an online chat with an employee named Nimh. She told me there was a problem with the address. However, the charge went through on my credit card and the billing address is the same as my home. When I asked for a refund, she said she couldnt authorize one and the manager wasnt there. She told me I would be contacted in 24 or 48 hours

      Via ****** ordered from Glencara Jewelry. Order confirmation 8/20/2024. Paid in full and selected express shipping for additional $14.99, order total $866.99. Item was first noted to be in Production which made sense to make a handcrafted product. The item was noted via email by Glencara customer service to be delivered by 9/3 - 9/5. Glencara updated the order online with a **** tracking number which shows: Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, **** Awaiting Item **********, ** ***** August 26, 2024, 1:17 am. This status does not ensure a product shipped from ******* and states to contact shipper to address any delivery bc of this status. Photos attached and emails to be forwarded show the lack of a product confirmation to be delivered. Hi have communicated with 3 different customer service agents: ***** ****** and **** ( online web chat) and have now emailed the Ireland police for that postal area: ************************** Any assistance with a class action suit or overseas transaction guidance is appreciated. Glencara customer service emails are to be forwarded to build a case. I have contacted ****** of potential misleading information on Glencara website. Please Any Help is appreciated!

      On July 15 I received an email asking for my phone number. I had told them I had been billed and gave my number. I requested a refund as it said I purchased from *******. Im in *************. I tried to talk to the customer service who said they would do an investigation and contact the bank. Next day I receive an email saying the jewellery I didnt order was sent! I contacted customer service again and they told me they released it as my email verified. My email said I didnt send it! My order number is c20177 I have contacted my bank. They are investigating. I have all my screenshots saved. There is NO phone number to call and they kept disconnecting me when I tried to explain. I just want my money back. This is fraud!
