      Terrible... Couldn't handle a basic rescheduling of flights after cancellation due to a strike at one of the connecting airports. Of the two alternative flights they offered, one was 3 DAYS earlier than the scheduled flight (for only a week-long trip), and the second departed 30 mins BEFORE I received the email from them. I managed to get through to the airline directly in about 20 minutes, and found out there were several easy options on the same day as scheduled but they weren't allowed to reschedule without authorization from HOP2. It took me another 36 hours (and about 6 hours on 3 separate phone calls) to get Hop2 to get me on a flight 1 day earlier in the end... Tried complaining to HOP2 after, and they just told me over and over that I wasn't allowed to complain about a flight that I ended up taking even though I was very clear that I was complaining about their rescheduling process, not the flight! Total BS.

      Totally Dissatisfied. I was trying to use a travel credit we obtained last year going to a destination on the same route, using the same airline. They wanted to charge me over $1000.00 more than my credit, and then when I called back six hours later that amount had gone up by almost another $300. When I checked directly with the airline for the exact same flight it was actually less than the credit I had with Hop2 (who advertises discounted flights.) Discounted flights? What a load of BS!

      If I could make this a ZERO I would. I used Hop2 to book tickets to and from *****. Flight home was cancelled. Over a year has passed and I cant get a refund. I can barely even speak to someone. Even reached out to CEO - no response. **************** is out of the country. Barely able to communicate w one another. Transferred all over. Given one excuse after another. Just recently told I had to take it up w the airline myself- after a YEAR of emails , phone calls w no response. And then they send you tons of emails saying your problem is resolved, when in fact it is not.I would NOT recommend booking through them at all. It honestly feels like a scam

      Terrible. Did not provide connecting flights, or transport to next location of flight. Took days to respond to my concerns only to advise they took no responsibility for this. Then lied to me that there would be a shuttle to take me to the next airport. Shuttle does not exist. Taxi wanted $200. I took 2 buses and walked a mile in-between, in the rain, with a broken foot. If my flight at the 2nd ************* had not been delayed, I would have missed it.

      A very bad travel agency. The first and last time I bought tickets through them. They made a mistake in the system. My flight was canceled. Now I can't get money out of them for tickets. It takes half a day to reach them.

      I booked my ticket with this company back in Feb 22. They changed my travel departing date. I only realized it the day I was supposed to fly, their email had still my original flying dates on, not the updated ones. Since June 22, I've been in touch with this company countless times whether by phone or email and this still has not being resolved in 4 months. I am still getting played by this so called travel agency. Since then, they reached out to me but they are still not giving me what I want and am entiltled to receive. I need to either be refunded for the full amount of the flight or a full credit value for what I paid. They only propose now one way instead of the return tickets that I paid for... I had to purchase an extra ticket to fly to my destination and pay $2500 for a last minute flight. I've been ******* by this company. DO NOT USE FOR ANY REASON, you will regret it I swear. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER GOT FROM A ******************** AGENCY since I've been travelling in 20 years now. Please Hop2 Travel if you read this come back to me and pay me back what you owe me as I never got what I paid for... It's now being nearly 4 months...#hop2travel *******

      Incorrectly booked outbound flight with 12hr layover. Stayed online to correct it immediately. The rep ask me to rebook. Which I did. Transferred me to another agent who then said there is a $50 cancellation fee for the previous booking. No common sense or customer service.

      Prior to purchase, web site very clearly said tickets on Lufthansa were "Economy Basic." Once purchased Lufthansa web site said they are actually "Economy ****** **************** refused to make this good or issue a 100% refund. I contacted them immediately after the tickets showed up on Lufthansa's web site, but they insist on keeping a $50/ticket proces fee. They are basically refusing to honor the terms if their web site.This could be simply bad customer service or a simple bait and switch. Either way, they get to keep the "processing fee" while failing to deliver the promised product.

      Do not booking through hop2.com, words customer experience ever! We were stranded at *** Airport because our reservation was canceled without justification, the airline referred us to talk to the booking agency first. In this case hop2.com, my family and I called hop2.com over a period of 2 hours and nobody answered the phone to reactivate the schedule with just one hour before departure, they replied that I would take between one and two hours to respond. Never ****** with this company, ****** learned.

      Here is how they work. They offer tickets at low price, take your credit card and while processing the price goes up and they send you an email advising that price changed while they were processing your request and ask you to pay much more for the same ticket. Total scam.
