      Hello! We're uncertain about the reason behind the customer's complaint. We received their voicemail and attempted to call back on the same day, also sending a follow-up email. In the voicemail, the customer mentioned that their password wasn't working, preventing them from accessing their email. When an order is placed, our system automatically sends an order confirmation to the provided email address. We hope this clarifies the situation. Thank you.

      I have ordered a charger for my life fitness elliptical. Its been over 7 days and the status is processing. Im wondering if I have to do a charge back. No tracking number. I dont know if this company is fake.

      Hi! 
      We are not sure why the customer needed to file a complaint here where as we have checked, the customer NEVER contacted us neither through email or phone regarding his order and went straight here. Our contact details are available on the website for the customers to use so we can help them directly!  Anyway, it looks like the item is in back order so the order has not been processed and we have not even charged the customer!!! He can also contact his bank to verify this! We already canceled the order and again, there was no charge applied to this transaction! Usually the credit gets on hold when the merchant has not captured the payment and since we already canceled the order, the customer can expect the credit back on the account in 3-5 business days or much better to contact his bank! We strive to give the best services and products to our customers and we hope that if there are any concerns about the order, our contact details are always available on our website and customers can contact us anytime so we can help provide an immediate resolution to their claims. Hope this clear things out.

      Order #****** placed on 09/02/2022 for Nest-A0038-AC-Adapter $73.06 with shipping. Received a used cable (not new) that did not work. I was slow to open package and test cable, so was admittedly outside the return window (although one could argue I should be able to return a clearly used cable represented as new). Tried to reach out to the company to at least see if I could get a credit or other fair resolution, but all e-mails come back as not-deliverable. Tried the "contact us" on their website, but those bounce back as well.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Savingology.com regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      Savingology simply sent me an email that said We received your complaint on BBB regarding our product. Please let us know, we are always here to help!.  I tried to reply to the email directly as well as contact them through their website and like all other attempts to contact them, I simply get an undelivered mail returned to sender bounce back. Company has essentially done nothing to try to resolve the issue and seems to be non-contactable unless you are placing an order.

      Hi!

      We are not sure why the customer filed a complain here because as we checked on our records, the customer NEVER contacted us regarding the adapter that was DELIVERED last 09/07/22! Which after four(4) months, filed a claim here on BBB regarding the product!!! As a matter of fact, we have a return policy that customer can contact us whether through phone or email within ******************************************************************** refund which the customer NEVER did within the time frame, we could have helped resolved the issue.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      There was delay on my side opening the package and I accept that I was outside your policy window. However, the reason for the complaint here is because of the circumstances. The product I was buying was represented as NEW and instead it was an obviously used (dirty) cable that was non-functioning. I did try to contact your company. To be fair, I was not asking for a refund, but was glad to ship it back for credit or some other mutually agreeable solution. Instead, all my e-mails bounced back, my web inquiries bounced back, and nobody answers the phone. This complaint is consistent with other complaints for this site - company is non-responsive when poor or mis-represented product is received.  At this point I do not expect any recourse from this company, and I am simply filing a compliant as a warning to other buyers.

      I got ripped off! They sent me a power cord that didn't work and never refunded me! It was a terrible experience trying to communicate with them for a return as well. Do not be fooled by this sham of a business! Can someone please do something and shut them down?

      I ordered a charger from Savingology on 10/12/22 and paid $25 for the charger itself and an additional $30 for ***** two-day shipping, the grand total being around $54. I have contacted the company by phone and through their "contact us" page on the website. It is now 10/27/22 and I have had zero response. They guarantee a maximum of 24-hour response time on the website I never received a tracking number or confirmation of shipping. My order number is #****** and my customer ID is #******. I would love to receive the charger I ordered as I've had a hard time finding it anywhere else but I insist on a full refund for the two-day shipping that cost more than the charger itself.

      Attempted to both contact this company (Savingology.com) several times. Emails always end up with some sort of error, even though information is entered correctly.No phone number is listed, although I did finally find one.No response at all from the company.The item ordered was barely removed from the shipping envelope - never used, etc.

      Hi!

      We are not sure why the customer filed a complaint since we have actually replied through the email. Since the customer only wants to return the adapter because they no longer need it, we already processed partial refund.

      As per policy, shipping fee will not be refunded for items that are returned and are not exchanged or replaced.

      The customer should have the credit back to the account in 3-5 business days! 

      No need to return the adapter. Customer may keep it!

      I ordered a OEM power supply from Savingology.com (order number is ******, placed 08/22/2022 at 08:54AM)that showed a picture of the ** power supply for my laptop: **-755-G3-AC-Adapter** 755-G3 EliteBook AC ************* Cord Supply Charger Cable Wire Genuine Original OEM 1$28.29$28.29 Subtotal:$28.29 Tax:$0.00 Shipping Cost:$17.47 Grand Total:$45.76 When I received it, it was a knock off, made in ***** replacement. I e-mailed their customer service department and after a week and 1/2 they responded to say the item was shipped. I responded that, that was NOT the issue and told them I wanted to return the non-OEM power supply for a full refund + my express shipping. I called their customer service phone # ************** which every time doesn't not allow you to hold and wait but says to leave a message which I did. They texted me the customer service e-mail address. Nothing to date has been resolved.

      I ordered a specific computer adapter and what I received is nothing like what I ordered. I have tried contacting the company to no avail. All emails (even their contact us on the homepage) and everything comes back as undeliverable. The terms and conditions state I have 72 hours to contact them after receiving the item, and today will make the 72 hours. There is no phone number listed that I can find to contact them by phone.

      I ordered power supplies for my Epson Printers from SavingOlogy and paid for expedited ***** expedited overnight. It took 2 days to receive the items and when I did receive them they did not work. I have called and emailed and no response. I have had to re-order them from another company, and it has put the launch of my new POS system almost a week behind. No tracking number was provided and I feel like I was ripped off. Reading the rest of the complaints against them, I see they have said in the past that they are in contact with the purchasers and they don't understand why the complaints were filed directly with the BBB. I am sure that I know why, this company is shady at best!! Steer clear!! They sell cheap items that do not work. I purchased 12 of these and none of them work, and they advertise that they are compatible but as seen in the pictures included, the printer power is turned on and the power supply is plugged in and there is no power to the printer. .... they are not compatible.
