    This company used a sleight-of-hand billing in Canadian, including taxes and shipping, and at final checkout gave me a total in American, however upon billing, transferred it back to Canadian, which included a 5% increase in the cost stating it was due to Exchange rate changes for moment to moment, however I agreed to the charge at the point of sale moment, not to the charge any moment after resulting in a $24 extra charge on the bill that was not authorized. Upon contacting the company, not only would they not discuss their process they refused to allow me to keep my order and took liberty of cancelling it without my authorization

    I ordered two canvases and both were centered when orders were placed. Both canvases were received with parts of the head bent over the canvas. Please reprint, adjust and resend new canvases. The end result was unflattering and not worthy of being hung in my home. I sent a reply to the company asking for an appropriate reprint of each canvas. They stated I need to place new orders and they will refund my money with the exception of $12.95 shipping and handling for each. If I am resubmitting the same image, this means the images could have been printed properly the first time.Respectfully,

    I ordered one of their free 11x 14 canvases and they cropped off my siblings head. When I requested it be correct they showed me some proof that supposedly showed his head being cropped before I purchased, but the one the sent to me with the actual canvas did not show his head cropped. I will never use them again. They wanted me to purchase another one to get it corrected. Not wasting another dime on this company. I recommend you just go to ******* or ********* and get better work by yourself!!

    I order a gift frame and a frame for ** and they cut off the head I sent proof of what we approved and they sent us something different with lies and not willing to fixed or any solution. They want us to paid again for the frame to send us a new one . Bad customer service. We was previous customer never had a problem but at this point they lose us as a customer. Bad customer service and lairs. I can even provide evidence and they dont care :

    Hello *****, Thank you for your order and feedback. In reviewing your order, I see that the crop that was approved during the order process did cut off parts of the photo. We do not make any changes to the cropping unless a photo enhancement is purchased. As mentioned in the email correspondance, the image that you were referring to is the full image that you uploaded. When we send the email confirmation, it is not cropped. We apologize for any confusion. If you would like to try again and add one of our border options or opt in to the crop and center enhancement, this may help get majority of your photo on the front of the canvas.     BAD WORK ON CANVAS. I bought a 16x20 canvas from canvaspeople that was mounted bad. I contacted customer service and a ****** responded by saying I uploaded the wrong size photo. Really? Is that why they mounted a right size canvas mounted to one side? They would not correct the problem.

    Hello *****, Thank you for the feedback. I have reviewed the email correspondance and can confirm that the image that was uploaded when the order was placed did have a white line on the right. This was not an issue of how the image was mounted to the frame, it was printed and mounted based on the approved crop submitted when the order was placed. Our process if very automated, so unless an enhancement is purchased, we do not make any changes to the image. We apologize for any confusion.     How does this company have 5 stars when all they have is negative reviews. I am a photographer and I order a simple canvas of a photo I shot myself and have the copyright for.They produced a pink image of what is a ************** scene. It was the worst color match in my entire career.I asked for a refund and they argued with me with several emails, and then said they had produced this image ( my copyright ) for other clients. I again asked for a refund and they asked me to pay more so they could attempt it again. Unbelievable.I finally called and the man said he would issue a refund - they did not. I stopped the bank charge. Now, they have emailed again saying no one agreed to a refund.BEWARE. This is the worst canvas company out there.
