I chose ** Shipping for my international move from ************* to Europe. It was a great experience. There was always good and transparent communication with the staff throughout the entire move. NY shipping works with great partner companies in Europe that continue the good service once it reaches the other continent. NY International shipping made my shipment process from ******** to ********* as smooth as can be. Prior to the pick-up, whilst filling out all the forms (and thats a lot!) and whilst I was preparing everything, they were always available to answer my questions and so kind and thoughtful throughout. The pick up process went very smooth, the guys were super efficient, friendly and no nonsense.Everything arrived to Ams within the provided time window and in one piece.This all for a reasonable price. I am so excited to share my positive experience with NY International Shipping staff, in particular *****. I was quoted a guaranteed price for my moving, as such, if I dont change anything in the scope of work from the free survey done by them, my price will remain the same to the *****!The price I was quoted by ***** was the price I paid. With that being said, most importantly, my container of items shipped, all arrived in perfect condition. The crew was phenomenal, non intimidating, very patient, careful and helpful! Likewise, the office staff was very patient, helpful and provided excellent customer service guidance.I will use them again for any future shipping requirements, likewise will share my experience with all my colleagues and friends who wish to relocate internationally.
