    they told me when i charged 19$ for them they will promote my listing to ****** shopping but when i charged completely they dont work like promise i think they must refund all for me or they can work like their plan

In this particular case, we were unable to verify the authenticity of the proof of purchase provided by the seller, which is a crucial requirement for exporting listings. To ensure the integrity of our marketplace and to comply with Google Merchant policies, we were unable to proceed with the export.

    After multiple attempts to contact this business via phone and email, they have failed to respond to a complaint that they are hosting fraudulent selling activity by MSM, also known as Money Saving Market with the attempt to sell STIR. **************** This product has not been sold to MSM nor has any attempt been made by the owners of this coffee (GTP Farming, LLC) to conduct business with MSM to sell, buy, or trade this product.

    joined the site as a free selling platform 0n 01-28-2024 - they wanted my credit card for seller fees if and item sold - I listed one item and was auto set and charged with a monthly subscription of $19.00 which was charged to my account there is no way to cancel membership and there was no warning that I was being put on a subscription plan I want my charge reversed and my account cancelled

    TrueGather is selling our branded product using information that is copyright protected. TrueGether needs to cease and desist listing our products on their website. It appears the website is just a advertising scam because it would not allow me to process a sale but only offered multiple advertising pages. Stay away from TrueGether when purchasing the Prestige Grab Bar Bundle, it's a scam.

    As recently mentioned by another company, I found out that this website is using our images and description from amazon and is selling our products on their site. They are not shipping the orders and when the customer doesn't receive the item, I receive the complaints and have to refill an order that was never actually placed with me. I had contacted them directly in the past and they assured me they would stop showing out products on their site but have not.

    Ordered glucose test strips, Truegether ad claimed shipping was free. After checking out I found I'd been charged ***** for shipping, which is outrageous. Contacted Truegether several times for a refund but they are ignoring my emails. I'm a retiree with diabetes I can't afford to be lied to.

    Truegether acts as a broker for ********** in *********. I ordered two rolls of vinyl strapping advertised as 30 (10 yards) because I needed 20 18 straps. Both rolls that I received measured only **** (9 yards, 1 foot and 10) 14 inches short of 10 yards which meant I could only get 18 18 straps. When I asked ***** to make good on product as advertised I received no response from them and a token response from Truegether. Truegether entered a 5 star customer rating of their service in my name; I did not write any rating and if I did it would not be 5 star but 2 star.
