    When I purchased an engagement ring on 02.27.23 I traded in a ring which I was not paid the entire amount the ring I traded was worth. I was only given $300.00 for the ring and I should have been given $500.00.

    To Whom It May ***************** client agreed to a $300 trade before making his purchase and he received a receipt for his purchase with all the relevant information.  I am not sure where the $500 is coming from. What he "assumes" or "expects" is irrelevant.  This is a disgruntled customer who is attempting to cause trouble for our business.   We have been in business for almost 25 years and are always honest with our transactions.   By accepting his ring and receipt, he accepted the trade price listed on the receipt.
