      Local friends, avoid Sunrise Roofing and Chimney! The workers did not run a safe site, resulting an injury to me. They were throwing roofing tiles off the roof without establishing any safe area to enter and exit the house.At the start of the day, I let them know that my children and I would be entering and exiting the house through the front door. At no time were we told we needed to make alternate arrangements or avoid any entrances to the house.I told them as well that a teacher would be arriving at a particular time. They assured me they would be done and have a clear space for the teacher to park. A few minutes before that time, I went outside to make sure there was space. As I walked back up the steps to the main entrance of my house, the workers threw tile, which struck me flat on the head and knocked me down. The company callously said, It is a construction site and the crew can not be responsible for people walking around below.There were several other minor issuesthey crushed plants in the garden and initially installed the wrong tiles. But the biggest issue is that they take no precautions to establish a safe work site.The roof looks fine but I could not possibly recommend this company to anyone.
