      On February 8, 2023, I ordered get well flowers to be delivered to ***************************************************************************** over the phone. The total price of $79.37 was billed to my master card. They were not delivered. I called the next day and canceled the order. They said they would refund my card and they didnt. I didnt get any call from them either.

      First they came up in my search for florist that delivered next day as I ordered my husband flowers for his first day T his new job. I received an email after I paid that they could not deliver to his location, and that my money would be refunded roughly 45dollars. When I noticed I had not been refunded I contacted customer service who told me to look again cause it said it was refunded on their end. I then sent every bank statement since purchasing to show no refund had been received and never received a response except, well it shows here on my end we did. Well the bank statements dont lie they did not. So not only did my husband not get his flowers but I was also ripped off my money and treated poorly by customer service. I will NEVER again order anything from them or recommend this florist. I just simply want my money back, thats all plus a little for everything I had to go through because of it not being refunded.

      I placed an order on 1/30/2023 for my daughters birthday for delivery on 1/31/2023 ($65.23 was charged to my debit card on 1/30).I received an email on 1/31 at 05:12am: "This is to confirm that we had to cancel your order because it was undeliverable. Sorry again but we cannot deliver to that address.We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 1 or 2 days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank."I sent an email on 1/31 explaining how disappointed I was and I had to scramble to find another florist; i had to spend an additional $70, so she would get her flowers on her birthday. - they did respond and said sorry on 1/31.To this date 5/31/2023, no refund has been issued:I emailed asking about my refund 7 times:2/20/23 3/02/23 5/11/23 5/12/23 5/15/23 No response from them!

      Ordered flowers on 3/30/23 to be delivered in ****** **. ******* never arrived nor was a confirmation email sent to me, but money was already deducted from my bank account. ************ an email and the Company responded the next day that they don't deliver to the address and I would be receiving a refund. I am on almost a week of following up on the refund and there is still No refund yet. The amount is $62.31. I have read other complaints where this appears to be their MO, and wish I checked here prior to ordering.They then issues me a refund, however here we are weeks later and they have re-debited my account for the same money that was refunded to me. This is absolutely insane that this could happen. No services or product was provided and with their BBB history they should be shut down.

      On January 13, ************************************************************ the family. I was told my Mastercard would not go through so I supplied a debit card. The amount of $89.59 was deducted from my card that same day. The next day I received an email telling me that the item was not deliverable and that they had cancelled the order. After emailing their customer service over 6 times, I am still being told that my credit card was refunded.. Since I did not give them my credit card, that could not have been done. Also, I have not received anything to my debit account. I've suggested that they could send an arrangement of comparable value, to resolve the issue but I don't ever hear back. This company is not legitimate. It should be shut down or fined.

      On the morning of March 25th, I placed an order for funeral flowers to be delivered March 27th.No flowers were delivered so I called on the 27th and explained my situation. I was told I would get a refund since nothing got delivered. On April 4th,I sent an email inquiring about my refund. Their customer service to stated I should get a full refund and to just wait a couple days. On April 19th, no refund has been issued. I emailed the company back and received no response. I provided them with a copy of the charge to my credit card.On aptly 25th, again I emailed the company to find out the status of my refund, and like the previous email, received no response back. It is may 15th and have not received a refund or correspondence from Roger's Florist.

      On March 31 2023 I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Granddaughter through Roger Florist, I was assured delivery would be the afternoon of April 3 2023 confirmation number *****. I asked that they email my receipt they refused said they confirmation number was enough. I do have my electronic cancel check Flowers never showed up. They had already taken the $85.58 out of my bank account. I called back and spoke to the Manager he assured me that I would receive a full refund on or by April 10, 2023 they couldn't fill the order gave me the cancellation number ****** I've called repeatedly been hung up on, screamed at, cussed at and still no refund as of today May 11,2023. I'm asking you to please help and obtain my refund.I've done everything I can I'm elderly and disabled

      I placed an online order for flowers for a friend on Wednesday March 29th. At 10:14 am I received an email from Rogers Florist stating they had to cancel because the flowers were undeliverable, and a refund would be issued within 1-2 days.It has been over 6 weeks and I have emailed at least 20 times for a status and have not gotten a response. The total was $57.76. The customer service representative told me to give it 1-2 more days on 4/4/23 as she saw the refund get issued on their end. There is no phone # listed for them and no website listed.Several follow up and emails and even a chat request in their website and I have not received a single response. This is unacceptable and I want my refund. I am not letting this go.
