      Ordered flowers for funeral in another state Sarata Florist received payment and thereafter contacted me stating they were unable to find a local florist to deliver and my money was refunded back to my account. As of today my money has not the last I checked was or has been deposited into my account. Also, July 8, 2024 Sarata sent another email stating it was a confirmation of refund. Again I checked the account this morning and it was not there. Once again I telephoned Sarata to inquire about my refund and the representative didnt like my reasoning nor my tone and became combative. Therefore, I informed him I intended to report there company because it shouldnt take 9 or 10 days from the first email that Sarata stated had been refunded . I want my money returned to the account they took it from

      I placed an online order to Sarata Florist in **********, ** on 6/12/24 in the amount of $61.04. On 6/13/24 I receive an email stating that my order has been cancelled and that my money would be refunded. Later on 6/13/24 I received another email stating that my $61.04 has been refunded. To date, nothing has been refunded. This appears to be a recurring theme based on what I see here on the BBB website.

      On may 14 I placed an order of flowers and some hrs later I received a message saying my order was cancelled and that I would get reimbursed. Waited some time and nothing. I have then called twice and I get the same response that its being processed and I would have my reimbursement in a few days and NOTHING

      On May 27, 2024 I placed an order online for a flower arrangement. On the same day I received a email from ***************************, **************** Manager, canceling my order because they were unable to provide the flowers and stated a refund in the amount of $118.09 would go back to my **** card. After several requests no payment has been received. Requests were made on June 6th and June 24th. I have the e-mails , I don't know how to upload them.

      June 19, 2024 Ordered flowers. Shortly after order was confirmed that day I received the email that they were unable to fulfill order and my money was refunded. It never was. Followed up with the business and on 6/29 received email from them saying again it was refunded. It is still not back in my account.

      I ordered flowers from Sarata Flowers online .I thought it was a flower shop based in ***************,S.C I ordered flowers on June 5th,2024 in the amount of 62 .12. I got a email from them saying they couldn't fulfill the order but would send me a refund,so far that hasn't happened. I see now there are alot of complaints on this "business" .       I placed an order for flowers on June 8, 2024. On June 9, I received an email from the company that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. On June 11, a charge went through for $68.65. I contacted customer service who said they would look into it. I reached out again a couple of weeks later and got the same response. It has now been nearly one month since I placed my order and have not received a refund, nor any product.
