    AVOID AT ALL COSTS I worked out a plan and proposal with the owner of the company to install a heat pump and 4 room units. He sent his crew to install what I assumed we agreed to do. It was a complete bait and switch: They did nothing per specifications. They brought the wrong equipment, installed it in the wrong place and in a manner that looked like Chernobyl. The configuration did not work and they bullied me when I asked them to correct it. They never returned to fix the problem. The incorrect configuration resulted in a total system malfunction. Do not hire these clowns.

    very unprofessional, untrustworthy and hard to deal with. My roof was left leaking in 4 different areas and no responsability was taken. Rather than addressing the issues caused by Aiden HVAC, i was told to pay extra for him to come back and redo all the mistakes that were made. My $34K HVAC system had a burnt out motor within 1 month of operation and Aiden again asked for more money. A qualified tech was called and notified me that wiring was incorrectly installed. Terrible experience and criminal behavior. WARNING, NOT A TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS
