    On July 14, 2022, I placed an order for 3 lamb heads totaling ***** with shipping incurring another ***** from Emir Halal Foods. On July 21, 2022 I contacted Emir Halal to inquire why I hadn't received my shipment yet. They responded that they were out of the lamb heads and they would ship on Monday, July 25, 2022. I received the order at 5:00 pm Friday, July 29, 2022. Order was spoiled, it had 3 ice packs in a styrofoam case. the smell was unbearable. this product was not cold or cool. it was hot and smelled horrible. I was unable to reach Emir Halal since their business hours end at 5:00 pm on Fridays and do not resume until Monday Morning. I immediately sent an email to them as well as attempted to call to no avail. On August 1, 2022, I contacted them about the spoiled shipment to which I received an email stating the shipment was frozen, packed in styrofoam and sent with no delays and no refund is due. according to the Fed Ex shipment the order was sent on Tuesday July 26, at 12:00 am. the manner in which they send meat is unsafe. as well as the difficulty in contacting them to address complaints.

    This is truly the worst halal meat shipping business I've ever dealt with. First, the shop is out of ******** and I'm in *****, I've used this shipping option before and I didn't have a problem. but this time, I did. So clearly the problem is with the shipping option (which they allow), or someone messed up during the fulfilment process of this meat.So I originally ordered some ribeye from this company. When it was finally shipped, it arrived in 4 days but the meat was spoiled. So I requested a refund for the spoiled meat. The response is the kicker. They don't apologize for it at all. And they stand by their process of keeping the meat cool and shipping it within their schedule for the selected shipping option telling me it is good up to 5 days. I mean, I'm not too sure about that considering the meat was rancid and clearly spoiled. So they tell me its impossible for the meat to get spoiled. Annoyed, I leave a ****** review about this unprofessional exchange, and they double down contesting the review telling me its not genuine. So this business accuses customers of lying to get refunds or get resent orders.I'm absolutely infuriated. They could have said sorry that your meat spoiled but we cannot refund your order and I would have accepted it. But they are hostile to customers even saying anything about their subpar and unacceptable products.The management is atrocious and the admin of their mailbox is totally unprofessional. This company has so many problems.
