My first impression This has got to be a scam . Vinny reached out to me via telephone after I expressed interest in a mini split systems for my home Scheduling a meeting within my home for a proper assessment was required. After about a day or two I had the pleasure of meeting Addans. Not only was Addans was on time for the initial meeting, he was very clear and precise about what the project would entail. He was able to answer all questions my finance and I had. After a brief deliberation, we decided to move forward with Mini King ************ I was very leery once I paid in full (Which after instant rebates my home qualified for made it almost impossible for me to walk away) However, Vinny stood in contact with me every step of the way. Down to the very second the delivery arrival at my home. At no time I felt like the company ran off with my money. Vinny expressed to me that the project would take about 3 days to complete. Day 1, I was greeted once again by Addans along with Neto ,(an associate of Addans,) Before they started working Addans expand to me once again what was going to happen, and the amount of time it would take. Given me a brief itinerary, Addans explain Day one would be drilling the holes ( In my case it would be 4) and hanging the air handlers. Day 2 would consist of the installation of the line set along with the piping that goes outside the house. Day 3 would be installation of condensers, and electric work. Neto (The associate )Very humble guy. With English being his second language of choice and Portuguese being his primary, I was able to communicate with him when Addans wasnt around via ****** translate. Neto worked with extreme caution in regards to creating dust or debris within my home. Before drilling he made sure your furniture, fixtures, counter tops, etc were covered. After each hole was drilled, he would clean and vacuum the area leaving it as just it was from the start.On Day 2 ************* worked on the outside with running the lines down and along side of my house. One thing I extremely liked, Addans once again went over with me the plan before any drilling started, so that a clear understanding was achieved.Day 3 Addans and Neto hooked and installed the condensers up. The electrician was scheduled to come but had to reschedule for the next day Day 4, Electrician (rassheed) arrived at 8am on time He was able to have units powered up and installed two disconnect boxes within 2 hrs.Overall, I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND Mini King installations to anyone that wants affordable pricing, Professionalism, and High Quality work. Even down to trouble the shooting that occurred once units were hooked up, Addans made sure of an explanation of the cell phone application was understood before final goodbyes
