I have been a customer of ********************** Energy ********** At the time I signed up with Wallace, there was a promotion free propane with their Tank installed & NO monthly tank rentals or surcharges. In April 2024, Wallace Energy informed us that they were changing their policy & would start charging us a tank rental charge if we didn't maintain an annual minimum usage of 75 gallons. We contacted them & spoke to *******, who informed us this was the new policy. When I said that I would no longer be a customer then, she told me that I would be charged $150 to pick up their Tank. I then informed her that I have all the original paperwork from 2012, and there are no extra charges for tank removal or any kind for my account because it was a promotion. She said she would check on it & get back to me. Instead I got a bill for $150 tank removal & $12.19 SALES TAX added. How can you charge a sales tax for removing a tank that I didn't purchase.

Wallace delivered $500 worth of oil to my oil tank when I was on vacation. My account with ********************** stated I was not due for another delivery until September since we only use our oil for heat. I tried to resolve this issue by speaking to a few representatives and they could not rectify it for me. I asked them to please come take the 116 gallons of oil out of the tank that they delivered and reimburse me my $500. The representative stated thag this is something they can do but dont like to do because it costs the company money.

anted to reach out and let you know that the business did settle with me. A representative called me this morning and they are having a truck come to my home May 26 in the morning to take back the oil they delivered. After this has happened they will reimburse me the $500.

I called after having a horrible experience with my boiler cleaning to tell Wallace I do not want any part of the service contract ever again. So 8/26 I get a bill in the mail for $380.55 for the service contact. It was somehow added to my account after I specifically asked for it not to be ever again. 9/6 I call to tell them to remove that off my bill I do not want it. 9/15 they charged my bank account ******. Because I had a credit already on the account for *****. 32.44+******=380.55. The service contract that I do not want and was told was taken off my account was now being paid out of my bank. They literally stole money from me. I called to have them give it back but was told I have to wait a day or 2 for someone else to call me back regarding this. I want my money back.
