I hired Cross Landscaping to do my lawn care. I paid my bills. Last November they sent me a bill for all services rendered for *******. I paid them the entire amount with check # *** and I stated that I didn't need their services anymore. Yesterday, 7/30 they send me another bill stating that I had not paid $251.06. They also stated that if I did not give them the money by 8/7 22, they would send it to a collections agency. I was never notified about this amount till now almost eight months later. Please resolve this issue. Thank you.Business response

Regarding ID #************************** complaint was a little bazaar. Out of the 5 years we maintained her property, almost never did she pay her bill on time. In 2021 we maintained her property, invoiced her from June 1 to December 1 and I never received a payment until on or about 12/20/21. She did also have a balance from the previous year. It amazes me how people can turn around their neglect in paying bills and blame someone else. We understand hardships and that is why we never charged anyone for paying late or not for months. 4/16/2008 we signed a contract for hardscape to be done for $15,000.00. The hardscaping was complete and started to have sinking issues in 2010. We have contacted Cross Landscaping for years to fix the issue as our contract states: "ALL HARDSCAPES ARE GUARANTEED FOR THE **** THE CUSTOMERS OWNS THE PROPERTY" Along with a hand shake and verbal agreement that if we have any problems to call *****. Our front stairs are continuing to sink, parts of the walkway is sinking more, the retaining wall is separating, moving forward, our pillars are no longer standing straight up possibly may cause electrical issues, and our islands continuously fall forward. I believe that our hardscape has completely failed due to improper installation of the front stairs including the retaining wall, pillars, and walkway due to improper drainage. This hardscape design has brought safety concerns, tripping hazards upon us, and is an eyesore to the public and has decreased the value of our home.Customer response
