Our Giagni faucet was installed within the last 6 months. Since day one the soap dispenser does not work properly. Approximately, 9-22-22, I called the company and left a voice message with customer service explaining the problem. I had no return call. On Sept 27, I sent a message to the company thru their email address explaining the situation and asked for them to contact me. I never heard a word. I sent another email thru their website on Oct 4th, still no response so on Oct 5th, I tried calling again and got the message they were closed, even though the call was made during their supposed business hours.Customer Answer

I purchased a Giagni ****** Stainless Steel faucet from Lowes with a Lifetime Warranty stating it will be leak and drip free. If it ever leaks or drips, they will provide parts free of charge. My faucet drips and the buttons do not work properly. I have called their customer service number and it says they are closed during stated business hours. I have left messages and emailed over the last few weeks and have had no response. I have contacted ***** and they say there is nothing they can do because it isnt their warranty. I have been trying to contact Giagni, *** for a replacement sprayer head since Aug 2022. I've had to replace this sprayer head 2x in the past, the most recent being 2/2022. I've reached out via email and tried to contact by phone. I have received no response to my repeated emails, and when I call, they only have a voicemail saying that I have reached them outside of their business hours of 8:30 - 5 MF, even though I'm calling in the middle of the day during their business hours.This is extremely poor customer service and indicates that they may no longer be in business. if that's the case, they should update their Web site and outgoing voicemail message.Customer Answer

Like others, my Giagni faucet began leaking shortly after purchase. I called a plumber and he informed me that the part I need is proprietary and can only be obtained from Giagni. I called Giagni and emailed them dozens of times with no response. I called the company that sold me the faucet and they told me that they stopped working with Giagni because of customer service problems. My plumber told me they have had the same problem. So I'm stuck with a leaking bathtub that cannot be repaired.I request that Giagni send me a set of replacement cartridges. Although the parts are under warranty, I will even pay for them. On 9/22/17, we purchased this Giagni Faucet from ****** for $200.00. ****** does not carry this faucet anymore, but the faucet has a lifetime warranty. On September 4, 2022, I sent an email to the company ********************************* highlighting that part number RP ***** Spray Head Assembly that the two buttons do not work anymore and asking if they could replace the enclosed part. They never acknowledged my email, so my wife and I have called them several times *************), but the message is always they are not available. Lowes carry their product and I chatted with their website and they gave me the same number and email address. I bought bathroom faucets from Giagni at ****** in ****. They have a limited lifetime warranty, and the parts are not available except from Giagni. Over the years, the cartidges have leaked. I called or emailed Giagni, they sent new ones. All that is fine. Beginning Aug 3,2022 I have tried to contact Giagni by phone and email, because another of their cartridges is leaking. Except for once, I get a recording that says "we are closed, call back during business hours or send us email". Once, there was an option for recording a message. I recorded a message that day. I have sent them multiple emails. No response. The "call back during business hours" recording plays during business hours. I'm attaching the same proof of purchase I emailed them.Customer Answer

I purchased the Giagni Isonzo Kitchen Faucet Model #IK101 with a lifetime warranty through Faucet.com. I paid $338 for the faucet in millennium brass.Currently, the faucet has a constant drip due to the right cold-water faucet handle not shutting completely off. The **ring seal is torn and replacement part #I1-***** is needed. Photos are attached of the purchase receipt and parts needed. I emailed Giagni at the ******************************* email address listed on their website for support. I sent emails August 22, 2022 to August 26 and August 27 with no response. The phone number listed on their website says to call them during office hours but there is never any answer at any time of day any day of week. The company claimed a lifetime warranty but its not backing it with customer support. I would ask for just replacement parts but if this is going to be an ongoing issue and they will not respond I would like a refundInitial Complaint

I have been trying to contact Giagni for a replacement part for a faucet we bought at ****** three years ago. Lowes does not carry the part and told me to contact the company directly via the customer ****** phone number and email.I have been doing so for the past 15 days. The mails go ignored. Most of the time phone calls reach a recording saying the office is closed, even though ALL the calls are being purposely placed during the call-during hours given in the recording. Three times -- out of more than 25 calls -- a different recording has allowed me to select customer service, which transfers me to a person named ***********************. who has never returned the calls, texted me, or in any way acknowledged his existence.Giagni's "customer service" is a joke.Customer Answer

I purchased two Giagni faucets in March 2020 and were installed around the same time. After a year, one faucet began leaking underneath the handle. I contacted Giagni via email and phone multiple times. Eventually, I spoke to someone, and they told me that the faucet was no longer made and there was no cartridge replacement. However, at the end of the conversation, I was told that a replacement faucet would be sent. After two weeks, I received no communication, tracking number, etc. I called them again and was told a replacement had been shipped and obtained tracking information. About one month later, the second original faucet began doing the same thing and then shortly after that the replacement began leaking also. Only this time the leak ruined the bathroom cabinet. Attempted to contact the company and was told they were not open even though it was within the operating hours. Followed that up with an email and receipt to attempt some other form of communication to get any kind of resolution. There is obviously some sort of manufacturing defect with this model.Customer Answer
