I paid T&J Nurses Aid Training School (located at ****************************************) a down payment of $250 for the *** class on May 15,2023 for my mom to attend. Class was to start on Monday May 22, 2023. My mom went for the class on 5/22/23 but was told that class won't start as there was not enough people registered for the *** class. We were told to call later in the week to confirm if the class will start the following week, which I did on 5/25/2023. I continue to call on the below dates but still was told not enough people to start the class. 5/26/2023, 5/29/2023, 6/2/2023 & 6/12/2023. With still no new date almost 2 months later on 7/10/2023, I called and spoke to *** ********************** requesting a refund since there still wasnt enough people to start class. She mentioned she was away and will process refund once she is back. However, I didnt received the refund. On 11/16/23, I called and spoke to the secretary. She informed me that *** ********************** passed, and the director (***********************) would be the person to initiate the refund and she would let her know. I called back on 2/7/24 and spoke with the secretary again and let her know I still didnt received refund. She asked if the director didnt call, and I told her No. she said she would let the director (***********************) know. I called back on 2/9/24 twice and final spoke with the ** ******* which she said, she was the one that wasnt getting back to me. I explained to her that down payment was made but the *** class date kept rescheduling with reason given "not enough people registered for class" for almost two months and still haven't received refund. ** ****** said she would research and get back to me. More than a month after no refund, I called back on 3/21 and 4/15/24 and went in the office 4/15 and 4/16/24, still I have not received the refund. Its been frustrating, made payment for class that they knew they didn't have enough students enrolled to start the class but didn't communicate before taking payment
