    In July 2023 I had an appointment with Dr. Eric E****** of Podiatry Services of CNY in Oswego, NY. I was there to have an ingrown toenail looked at but was promptly refused any kind of medical attention or treatment due to having a small portion of nail polish on the toe on question. I was refused acetone despite it being present and visible in the office. I was told to leave and return another time after I removed the nail polish. I was billed $95.72 several months later despite receiving no treatment and being in the office for less than 5 minutes.

    Patient has a deductible with her insurance and Dr. E****** only billed an office visit, and her initial appointment was scheduled for foot pain not an ingrown toenail so appointments are scheduled based on time frame of what they are coming in for. She was not initially scheduled for an ingrown toenail she again was scheduled for foot pain and as far as the charge that is based on her insurance and her deductible.
