I received a bill in the mail stating I owe $254.60 with current amount being $190 and over 30 days being $64. 60 I asked about this and I was told I'm not being charged over 30 day charge. This billing is incorrect and misleading. If I'm not being charged a late fee why does the bill say over 30 days. I never received a bill before today .

This dental practice has multiple locations. The location that I went to was in ********************** **. Initially, I was satisfied with ************************** work and treatment of me. I needed a root canal, a temp/foundation, and a permanent crown. After about a year, the crown popped out of my mouth today. I went to the office, and the covering dentist cleaned the crown and glued it back into place. The front desk person demanded that I pay for this--what reputable dentist puts in a crown, then the crown falls out, then they demand more money to glue it back in? I have had crowns in my mouth for 40+ years and this never has happened before. Further, the front desk person tried to blame ME for this, saying "We don't know if you take care of your teeth or not." I am fuming mad about this. CH ******** **

went to dental 365 back in July 2023 to have implants done on the bottom teeth. I went to *************** for initial extractions, then to ********* office to complete the procedure which is months long. Long story short, I was given one bill from dental 365! I opened a care credit card and put $7000 on it for my implants. In the end I paid in full and dental 365 took my insurance refund and gave it to care credit. They said that's their policy!!!! No where does it say that or ever explained to me when i used the card. I called the office they referred me to care credit and back and forth for 2 weeks. dental says deal with care credit, care credit says deal with dental 365. It is my refund dental 365 was paid in full between care credit and a bank check. ***** ever said anything about their "policy" I have tried to resolve this with numerous calls, but no one wants to refund MY money! I received another small check after for ****** that came directly to me. I don't appreciate the run around. I was hounded to pay and now no one will deal with me. I found ********************** via Zoc Doc. I was excited that they had a diverse staff and happy to have found a dentist, ********************, with who I felt comfortable. There were concerns regarding my teeth from my initial visit, and a plan was put in place. The plan was expensive, and I did not have the funds to afford it at the time.Fast forward to April 2022, and I could finally move forward with the plan.Dr. *********** an aggressive plan that I did not feel comfortable with. It would have involved me having a visiblegap at the front of my mouth until the Invisalign moved my teeth into a place they felt comfortable. I objected to this plan and asked for a flipper or somethingthat would avoid me having a visible gap. Although ******************** was reluctant to do so, she agreed to keep the baby tooth in place. In July 2022, I show up for my appointment to have my Invisalign placed in, and ******************** asks me if I'm ready to remove my baby tooth. I immediatelyask what do you mean? As we have already discussed this countlesstimes. I had to have my Invisalign molds taken twice, and each time I was told the molds would be easier to take if they were able to remove my baby tooth, but I refused as I did not want to walk around with a gap.******************** then states that she does not see the issue with me having a gap. I felt very vulnerable and frustrated that my concerns were unimportant. I said several times during this process since April 2022 why I was uncomfortable not having a visible gap at the front of my mouth. I left the appointment without the Invisalign anddecided to seek a second and third opinion. In the meantime, I reached out to Dental 365 to discuss canceling the plan and receiving a refund for what I already paid.It has been roughly over a month, and I still have not heard back from *************************************. I have since gone on to find an Ohthodonist and Periodontists that were able to present me with a plan.
