The cashier and manager didnt know how to scan my OTC card because my OTC card gets scanned, it doesnt go through the credit card machine (I know this because every store that accepts it including this particular Shoprite where I have used it several times since this location started to accept my specific OTC card), they wouldnt ask any of the other employees nor call someone from customer service or a different manager that might have been awaken and have been able to tell them. They both then wouldnt give me their names which is illegal, consumer law if I ask, I have to have a first name so I know when I speak to someone who is a higher level employee then them to let them know what happened at this location, I have a reference. They then gave me a security receipt which I took a picture of to avoid having any information on the reciept that could identity either employee. The cashier was the midnight cashier at register 15, the Manager is named **************** believe. He refused to give me his name, but several employees said it including the nighttime cashier that was helping me when she had to address him over the loudspeaker to come. Its not my fault that they arent properly or professionally trained. And its not my fault that I know my rights as a consumer. I feel guilty making this complaint, but if they have done it to me, they have either done it to other people or will do it to other people in the future. The whole staff needs to be trained or retrained in using the cards. And how to speak to people. An employee shouldnt get irate or refuse to give information that by law they have to give because they dont know something they should know. And just because other cashiers at this location have explained this to me. The cash registers computer tells the cashier to scan my card. Other cashiers working at this ShopRite have told me thats how they know they have to scan it

12/17/2021- I arrived at shop at home. Knocked on the door and to my eyes the male and female employee were more concerned with having their hands on each other in an inappropriate manner than doing their jobs. I received my order and was called shortly after to let me know that not all of my bags were given to me. There is also no parking for shop at home and parking in the fire zone is illegal. I know spots are assigned but people just park there anyway.12/30/2021 - the store was out of bags. How is this even possible? There are plenty of suppliers that can be walked into to get bags or Amazon is great. I was working as a personal shopper and the customers felt it was not right that they had to pay for reusable bags. They are right. A store of such magnitude should not run out of bags. No excuses. ******* (I apologize for the misspelling but did the best I could) said they had to pay or no bags. Rude and snarky and dismissive. ******* charged 10 cents for the bags. Perfect approach!1/6/2022 - I was shopping after working my two jobs. As I was leaving, ******* said to another employee at the register, Look who it is. Remember her? And pointed right at me! I witnessed racial disparaging on 1/12 around 9pm. The employee appeared to be going to clock out when he ran in front of me to grab the cereal to make the comment. The fire lane has still been inundated with cars for shop from home and that is very much against the law.2/11/2022 Waiting now over 30 minutes for my shop from home order.******* and ******* (managers)were both in the department as I was waiting. ******* just came out and asked if a crate full of stuff was mine. I couldnt even see it. I expressed that its her job not mine. She then flipped me off.I was also just told that they cant find the refrigerator stuff and I could call in the morning for the items or a refund. Um, me leaving without items and no refund is considered theft on the stores part.
