They are post ads for apartments once you get approved no and I mean no apartments are available they keep telling you to check the web site for new postings very and higher unprofessional company just playing games with hard working people who need a place to stay . Forget about using your HRA vocuhers or section 8 etc .. they will give you the run around once approved for a place and keep having you check online for new postings

I had to through all my food outbofvthe cabinets and i can only store food in the fridge. This complex should not be called luxury and should be torn down. My daughter and I are beyond paranoid living here we always think a ***** is on us. There on the toilet in my kitchen and recently one crawled across my bed. DO NOT RENT HERE SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Voucher discrimination. Voucher covers 100% of ************* rental history. I paid the application fee and was emailed it will take 7 to 10 days for decision that was NOV 29th its now DEC 22nd. They don't answer phone don't reply to emails or messages. Total scams. Won't rent to Voucher holders. They need to be looked into. Not even decency to reply to email.

Willfully overcharged me as I was forced out of an apartment that I paid rent for for over 12 years. The apartment was located below a show apartment and they moved a large family in that screamed banged yelled at all hours they blasted music. The company never addressed the issue and refused to let me out of my lease this went on for 3 months. I wrote letters called security daily and went the the leasing office. I was told it has only been a month of the noise and to deal with it . Meanwhile I was put on medication because my anxiety was severely heightened. During this Time both my best friend and mother died - there was no amount of peace that I could a certain. My daughter also lost her high honor roll academic position at private school. This put her scholarship in jeopardy. I notified them that they gave me no option but to leave and goldfarb/ rockaway one llc breached our lease. They are currently suing me for $11000+ 2 prospects for subletting refused the property due to the noise. All rent was paid and the place spotless when I left. They are absolutely criminal- false claims and assessment of fees that I did not pay rent- when I have bank re its of payments. Please be careful if planning to rent from this corporation

I have lived at Harbor House for 10 years. Any issues I have had in my apartment over the years have always been handled quickly and professionally. The building is cleaned regularly and the apartment I moved into was newly renovated and has been great. They recently repainted my apt and renewed my blinds as well as I have been there so long. The elevators were redone in my time and laundry rooms have also recently been redone. They are always improving the property and building.

I stayed at the ***************** property for 7 years. Do not stay in any of their properties. Based on my experience that they are completely disrespectful of their tenants, treat their staff terribly, and they are going to try to steal your deposit without providing any proof. First, I have personally seen members of the landlord's family who reside in the building treat the doormen extremely rudely and yelling at them in the lobby in front of tenants. In 2022, this behavior is unacceptable. A privileged individual should not be allowed to treat their employees in that way simply because of the inequity in power. Second, their behavior throughout the pandemic was horrific and very disrespectful to the tenants (constant renovations during which you could not be in your apartment and the landlord's refusal to take into account the disturbance they were causing). Third, I moved out a few days ago and now they are trying to charge me with renovations of the apartment claiming that I cause damage that I never did (e.g., stains on the floor that were there when I moved in and curtain rods that were also there when I moved in). They also want to charge me $100 for a set of keys!!!! Similarly excessive amounts are listed on the list of purported damages. I offered to mitigate the damage but they refused and insist that I pay the arbitrary amounts they set without ANY proof or invoices from contractors. When I said I would pay the invoices as soon as I received them, their lawyer threatened me with a summons and complaint and said that I could subpoena the bills through litigation. I suspect that they are about to wholly renovate the apartment and they are just trying to squeeze money out of me even though they are going to completely tear down everything-- this is the type of people you will be dealing with). They are asking for money but refusing to provide receipts!!! That is the level of bad faith I am dealing with. Do not stay there.
