      The family of ************************** would like to thank you and your staff for the professional support extended to our family during a very difficult time. Heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the wonderful job you did for our mothers services. No requests of ours was to much. We appreciate your patience and the kindness extended to our family, it will never be forgotten. Your attention to every detail was exceptional. The professionalism extended to our family was impressive. We will always speak highly of the services that you and your staff provided to our family. When given the opportunity we will recommend your business to family and friends.

      The company is apparently only interested in new clients and payment. They lack compassion for the legal documents necessary to resolve the estates of the deceased. My Brother and I have contacted the business numerous times over the years to receive the necessary documentation to resolve our mothers estate. The lack of communication is unexcusable. Certainly not the way to run an honest business.
