I am calling into question and request the deletion of the alleged debt that is inaccurately associated with my consumer report; the derogatory commercial presentment and/or account is creating punitive-actual and compensatory damages, [15 U.S. Code 15]. Also, the undue harm from the Civil liability for willful noncompliance codified in the **** Fair Credit Reporting Act [ 616] and [15 U.S. Code ****n] is tarnishing my engagements in commerce, my reputation, and my business ventures through credit opportunities. An overall economic loss of business and employment opportunities. These actions defame my character. Hence, I am duly granted to receive lawful relief-remedy through litigation per violation; for but not limited to aforementioned Defamation of Character, various violations of Negligent-Non-Compliance of the ***** Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. etc., Mail Fraud [18 U.S. Code Chapter 63] Misuse of Stamps, Mental Anguish (Non Economic loss) [15 U.S. Code ****d] - Harassment or abuse, and Invasion of privacy, no written consent, [The Privacy Act], [U.S. Constitution - Fourth Amendment]. The primary role of a registered agent is to receive legal documents and official state correspondence on behalf of an entity. On 1/8/2022, I placed an order for multiple services, principally relating to the formation of a Delaware LLC that also was to be registered to do business in two additional states, with research for all states. The order, identified by #********, was placed for formation and registered agent services and was paid for in the amount of $2,052. The order is still not completed. It takes weeks for them to respond to emails requesting status and they are not reachable by phone. When they do get around to responding, CT (through agent ***************************) claims only a delay with their filing team, but has no answers on when the formation will be complete. Moreover, ************** responded that she could not register the business in the additional two states because she did not have a certificate of good standing from the business in the state in which it was originally registered and requested I provide that however, I paid CT for them to form the company and provide ME with a certificate of good standing. The incompetence at CT is alarming and appears to be such that it will prevent my order from being completed. As I result, I am requesting a full refund so that I can have another company form the business. I would also like to be contacted by a supervisor.Business response

Promptly after the complaint was filed, *********************, a manager at CT Corp Small Business, intervened to provide assistance. He immediately reassigned the file, and from that moment forward, we received a quick turnaround, excellent communication and professionalism in its purest form. We believe the initial bad experience was an aberration and have nothing but positive things to say going forward about our experience with CT Small Business.

We have been attempting to get in contact with a llc company that this agent represents we don't want personal information we just need a phone number for health related issues with the owner of the apartments in ********** ******** there's mold growing the walls are rotted black mold in ac vents we have to breath this air in and its a major health risk and these people WILL NOT HELP **. Sad case here my kids are sick we need assistance and nobody will do anything to help us yet they are the agent for a new company named SUNSET PB AND REFUSE TO HELP **. FOR GODS SAKE RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE DONT TRUST AN AGENT WHO REPRESENTS UNKNOWN PEOPLE WHO PUT LIVES AT RISKBusiness response

CT corporations failure to intervene regarding the impasse I've reached with ********** Residential's apartment building called Skylark Apartments in *******, **.Parking is NOT AN ISSUE at my complex, there are often over 20+ parking spaces available at any time. Parking was free my first year and then they posted signs about parking rules changing, when my new lease came up Skylark FAILED to add parking as an addendum with the cost and vendor they are well aware of they planned to use. Skylark is trying to unlawfully enforce a parking fee that was not outlined in my lease when it was renewed, due to their failure and omission they are refusing to provide a free parking pass to me. I am not seeking restitution for the entire building, whomever paid for their pass without it being in their lease is on them. I just want my pass at no cost because its not in my lease. I am not trying to be a martyr for the entire complex.Business response
