This place has some good and some really bad management. I spoke to multiple people within a month span. Melissa is a pretty bad liar when it comes to things she doesn’t know. I spoke with another one of her co-workers who was supposed next to her. And today I was gonna get a replacement for a pump I bought three months ago. She asked for a receipt and I told her someone told me that the pump works as a receipt. I couldn’t send the picture of the pump through their site so she gave me a way to to get the picture to her. With that said all she said was I had to pay the shipping and I was ok with that. I didn’t have the money in the bank to send so I told her I would go to the bank. 10 minutes later I get an email saying I couldn’t get another one due to not having an original receipt. I didn’t read that till I was in another town at my bank. I then call. Melissa answers and says the martha I talked to is on lunch. I left my number not knowing melissa was the supervisor. I get a call back from marsa or martha with her saying she can no longer exchange without the original receipt. I then ask for a supervisor and Melissa answers. I tried going over me and her co workers conversation. She tried saying that conversation never took place between me and martha. I called her out on lying. She kinda paused and went back to the whole you need a original receipt things. Very unprofessional from the supervisor. P.s this pump was charged once. But never worked after that. Which is the reason for this call and review. Paid at least 125$ 130$ for the pump bought three months ago.

In order to make a warranty claim you are required to submit a receipt as a proof of purchase so the warranty coverage can be verified. If you are unable to locate the original receipt our Customer Service team does allow the submission of the photo of the pump head as proof of warranty coverage if the manufacture date code shows it was produced within the warranty time frame. Unfortunately, the manufacture date on the pump head that was submitted to our Customer Service team indicated it was manufactured on a date outside of the warranty coverage time period which is why the Customer was notified it was ineligible for use in his warranty claim. We do encourage the customer to continue to try and locate the original purchase receipt so we can further assist him with his warranty claim.
