    Be very careful with this company. They are a complete scam who hire employees out of the country not knowing what they're doing. I had to pay over $10k in penalties and interest charges due to this company. The worst part of it all is I have requested them to make this right numerous times via phone call, text, email and they have ignored every single email and phone call. They also made so many mistakes on my returns and they caught them after the fact had my return amended. After amending my return once more mistakes were caught and they sent me another docusign to amend once again. The worst part is not one phone call or email was sent to me explaining the reasoning for amending my return another time. They are not to be trusted. They really made my life a nightmare. I found even more mistakes once I applied for a home loan and the underwriter was questioning my tax return it really didn't make any sense. I ended up having to drive out 2 hours from my home to the *** office & franchise tax board to get answers. The representatives assisting me to correct everything were in complete shock this company is an actual tax company due to the amount of mistakes made. I had to pay a new company to go back and redo all my *************** after paying Accountants on air for services they did not follow through on.

    It was nice talking to you earlier. As discussed during our call. My team and I were able to resolve the miscommunication with the client and held a few meetings to resolve the matter. Even assisted the client further in a few other concerns.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    No refund was given after all errors made by CPA company. ******** mentioned its due to late charges however it was due to his company I received those charges.
