    Complaint Details I canceled and rescheduled a payment with this credit card company on 7/26 to 8/9 in the amount of $145.07. They then proceeded to remove the funds from my account anyway, causing an additional $65 in fees. The $145.07 never reflected on my account and still showed past due. When I contacted them, it was like speaking to a robot and was told given the run around about the payment and am told the payment was for a balance. When they'd already taken and hadn't reflected it on my account!! I then had to dispute the charges with my bank to bring it back to good standing!! Today I logged into my account and all of my remaining funds were GONE!!! And my account is restricted!!!! I contacted support via messaging for a phone number and was told my account was closed due to a charegback and I owe them $1.54!!!! I do not owe them any money because it should have never come out of my checking account in the 1st place!!! The funds were there in my deposit account for the payment and would have been transferred had I gotten a proper response from these people!!! I want my $143 back that should have been available for withdrawal!!!!! I want them back ASAP!!!

    i had taken a ***** loan one year ago. I have paid over ***** dollars that they have taken out of my daughters checking account. I still somehow owe ***** dollars at a percentage rate of 400%. i have never been told that this was never going to the principal, never any communication by mail which i have requested and they will still go after for me the balance after getting over ***** basicaly free. please help me or at least let me know that actions are being taken over this predatory illegal action thank you
