      Dear BBB,Emirates airlines sent an email this morning (11/03/2021) that the return flight for my family has been canceled. Their flight details: Flying out on 12/10/21 from DFW to Hyd and returning on 01/02/22 from Hyd to DFW. when I contacted Emirates they stated that ****** government canceled several flights. However when I checked Emirates website and other travel agency websites they are selling the tickets rather for higher prices. I suspect they would want more moeny from other travelers thus denying my family of their travel. This is nothing but manipulation and depriving my family of their travel when we genuinely have the tickets purchased. Please help resolve this ASAP.

      I have $1,392.50 credit from my previously cancelled ticket. I want to use that credit to book a new flight. But there is no way to use this credit. Original ticket was booked with *******. So i called ******* and they said i need to call Emirates to use the credit. So I called emirates customer service multiple times but their customer service is currently not taking any calls. I also tried to find online in Emirates website but there is no way to use this credit. This is an urgent matter as i need to book ticket for my mom to visit us for my child's birth.       I purchased a flight to Dubai and had to cancel due to a death in the family. I was told that I would be refunded and that they would be contacting me. After speaking to multiple representatives to follow up after not being contacted, I got the run around; I was finally told I missed the window for a refund because I did not provide proof of death. I cancelled my flight well in advance of the flight, provided details, and received the run around form their agents. I never thought to file a formal complaint with the BBB. I know if they are stealing my hard earned money, then they are likely stealing from others. Emirates needs to be held accountable for stealing from me. I was told that since it was due to a death that I would receive a full refund. Their policy would be to normally charge $500 for cancellation, even that would have been better than them outright STEALING my money.

      Date of transaction: 05/11/2021, 07/30/2021. Total Money for 4 tickets $2788. Emirates gave me only $900 in refunds. Not the full amount.I have attached the 4 tickets and each ticket have the price on the bottom. They failed to provide the service they committed. I had to buy more expensive tickets from ************* to get back home and Emirates never gave me my full refund back. Please help me get my money back from Emirates. Their customer service is no help.

      I would like to complain because of the mismanagement I had during my check in process at ORD on Fri 8/13/2021. I am so disappointed because of the ignorance of the travel check in employee. She and he did not allow me to check in claiming that my COVID 19 PCR test was incomplete and does not meet the Requirements for Egypt Despite it having the negative results. I told them Please allow me to check and since the test meets UAE requirements then allow me to board to the plain and I will do the test again in UAE and reschedule my flight to Cairo when I will have my Test at Dubai Airport. I told him if I can not catch up the test there I will spend the day at UAE ( As I do not need a visa as I am US Citizen) She said you can not do that and You have to cancel your flight to Cairo to do this. Which makes no sense to me at all. I should have been allowed at least to board to UAE then I can take the COVID 19 test over there then Board to Cairo. It is absolute ignorance from your staff
