    This company signed for a lease for me. I moved out of the apartment in 1/2022. The leasing company sent the deposit refund of $1629 to them. They did not return my deposit.I called a few times , but when they found out why I was calling they stopped answering the phone and ignored my emails.

    They never returned my. ***** tried sending money for apartment never got follow up from them and I have been scammed

    On October 6, 2022, I paid $547 to begin the process of applying to apartments. Property Acqusition LLC has applied to over 3 apartments for me and has not once been approved in three months. According, to the information sent prior to paying the intial $547, its says that it is refundable if they are unable to be approved. Ive also had two separate apartment managements that have sent admin fee refund checks to the addresses on the applications submitted. They explained that they had to send it to the address on the application and not to me even though I could prove that I was the one who paid the fee. *** been told that I need to take it up with the apartment community and not them. At this moment, I am owed $996 in total (including the apartment fees). I just want my money refunded so that I can move on and find another way to find a place to stay. I can name 4 apartments you all were denied for which is why $547 is warranted back to me.

    Contacted Company June 2022 Website States 100% Money Back Guarantee if they do not secure a lease Every place applied to has rejected me because of their credit or they have not applied to the company They will not respond to email and phone does not offer chance to speak with anyone anymore Paid $497 Mailed to address in ********** but finding through research they are in ********** and ******** I want my money back Account under *************************** *********************

    They state they will apply to 3 properties that accept corp leases and u pay the fees of 547 and it is immediately refunded if no approval. I provided three corp leases and received no response to date. I want my 547 refunded. They also have the bank account under a different company. **** ***
