    I ordered s131 batteries for my mobility scooter arrived 4 days later fully charged in good condition with one year warranty the same batteries was on ****** for $50 more and only a 30-day guarantee great experience so far. Purchased 03/28/2025 will do a follow-up if anything changes...

    This company is nothing more than a bunch of liars. Purchased a battery from them, and in the listing it CLEARLY stated FREE RETURNS, PAY NO SHIPPING. I was told the battery would be here on a specific date, that date came and went, and it had NOT even shipped by the date I was supposed to get it. I told them to cancel the order, but they shipped anyways, finally received it numerous days late, went to return it, with the "FREE RETURNS, PAY NO SHIPPING", and they send me a return label, that I have to pay for. Everytime I contact them, I get the same automated reply. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this bunch of liars.. Check out their NUMEROUS BBB complaints, amazon complaints.

    They canceled my order cause I asked them about what I was getting an saying why it wasnt shipped yet and it was a supervisor disrespectful more then anyone I talked to acting like a kid repeating His self being annoying dont ever order from them please I had to get my bank to make them give my money back there a scam its true

    I bought a battery but the battery was defective as it started giving issues within 1 month of the purchase. The battery arrived completely drained and I had to bring it to an Autozone to get it recharged. Within 2 months it was dying every single day. I contacted customer support and they instructed me to send a volt meter test. I told them as soon as i get a volt meter i will send over the reading. I sent the reading and they replied with you had a six month warranty, all this after they sold me a defective battery. No mention of a six month warranty was mentioned by customer service when I first reached out for help. I thought the company would stand behind its product but i see now I was mistaken.

    My order of batteries came with no contents in the box and damaged. I contacted battery sharks be email. They sent a new order no questions asked and I received the new order in a couple days.Great customer service

    Worst service ever! I ordered a battery according to their catalog for my motorcycle. I tried the chat method at first and failed to get a resolve, I called directly 10 minutes before they closed, was on hold 4 times and was disconnected after a few minutes, but on my 5th call, right at 4 an automated message came on saying they were closed. This tells me someone was hanging the phone up and waiting for 4 oclock to come around. In the meantime the 7 day return policy is closing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Times are tough and I am on a schedule trying to making it here and could use good cutomer service. Here's the kicker, the chat reply told me that was the battery I ordered! I said from your catalog which was wrong, of all people I looked it up at ******* and it is cheaper, the correct size and free returns, I have to pay 20$ to send this back and not sure if I will get a refund!

    I purchased a battery for my ****** from them mainly because of the advertisement of 'quick shipping'. Could not be furthered from the truth. My purchase was made online on a Friday morning and received a tracking number via email several hours later. I checked the progress of the shipment throughout the weekend only to have the **** tracking tell me that they were still waiting on the *** from battery sharks. Monday morning, still no shipment of my battery. An email response from ** said they were have trouble with tracking #'s in that part of the country. Really? Turns out they use some mom and pop mail center to handle their shipments. So where is the shipment? Nobody knows. I know where it is. Still in the warehouse because they dropped the ball and didn't get the order out the door on Friday before closing time. Quick Shipping? it's now been 4 full days and the order hasn't left the building. An updated email from them says it may be a few more days and be patient. Seems to me I paid for QUICK SHIPPING and did NOT receive QUICK SHIPPING. I notice that ALL OF THE REVIEWS ARE NEGATIVE. Everyone gives them 1 of 4 stars. I will never purchase from these hacks again.

    Wish there was a 0-star rating. Horrible customer service. The batteries sent were not even close to the size ordered. Returned the batteries-- cost me $198.00 said they would reimburse costs. After 2 weeks still waiting for a refund credit, " keep saying, "the refund has been credited to your credit card, look after today's postings"- Absolutely nothing credited. Please learn from my mistake and avoid **************.

    I purchased a batter 4 months ago and it went bad. I notified them and they told me to send them a battery test ( which I did). The battery is so bad it showed 0 volts. They just keep telling me the tool Im using is not working. I sent them a picture with another battery to show them the tool is working.Then no more answers from them. Just want everyone to know how they handle there warranty. Thanks.

    I received my battery and do not show where they had charged me. Sounds like a SCAM They sent me this email. "If you want you can place another order online, the same as the previous one, and let us know what is the order number not to ship it. Thank you for your time. Best Regards, ******* | Battery Sharks Sales and Customer Service"
