      I am in the middle of trying to get our situation remedied, but up to this point this has been a horrible mistake.First, our large bed was delivered to our concierge and not brought upstairs to our apartment I had to hire someone to help bring it up.Second, the boxes contained no instructions for assembly, and the assembly instructions I received via email were unclear and incorrect.Finally, after assembly the california king bed frame - our mattress and box spring do not fit because they sent us improper dimensions.I have been back and forth with customer 5 service and have been given no reassurance that they will remedy the situation in any ****** NOT recommend working with this disorganized company.

      This was my second CPR purchase (and likely my last), as the first purchase went well, and I assumed this one would too. I bought a CPR mattress and bedframe in 2018--it was great until the frame cracked and broke, and the mattress sank on both sides in 2024. I paid $5000 for a new bedframe and mattress a month ago and slept on a sunken mattress for a month, willing to endure it for a good night's sleep. I also purchased white glove service, as I cannot lift heavy things up three flights of stairs. However, this service did not include the removal of the old mattress, contrary to what CPR had told me, so I paid an additional $500 this morning to have the old mattress removed via a different company. Delivery was attempted today, but the white glove service stated that the headboard was defective and/or damaged and could not be assembled, so they left. Now, I am writing from my bedroom, which is without a bed to sleep in, with pieces of bedframe all over the room. The attempted delivery happened around 1 PM. I emailed and called multiple times, being told that "management" would get in touch with me. By 4:30 PM, desperate and in a panic, I called again and was told nothing could be done today, leaving me without a bed. "Management" informed me they would ship pieces via *** for me to carry up the stairs myself and have someone assemble it "hopefully in ***** hours." Disturbingly, during my panic attack, I was told my "language" was why the original drivers wouldn't return to put the bed together despite having had a pleasant and normal conversation with them, recorded on camera. This attempt to place blame on me is appalling. As I write this, I am without a resolution. I might have random pieces delivered in ***** hours, but nobody is sure. This situation has disrupted my life, forcing me to potentially spend money on a hotel, adding to the $5000+ already spent. This company was terrific in 2018 but has become absolute, unethical trash. What a shame.

      Bed itself if OK but they are terribly disorganized as a company. First, it wasn't delivered correctly. Only 1 of 3 boxes were brought to our unit, the remainder left outside our building. I paid $200 for on-site assembly and they initially dispatched the subcontracted service to the wrong address (billing instead of shipping address) in another state. The assembly crew that finally arrived in the right place wouldn't start work until they got authorization to move the boxes upstairs. Next, they had to call support again because they were told that it was an adjustable bed and that's a different job. After these issues were resolved, they did a slapdash job of assembly. Most of the screws weren't even hand-tight, leaving visible gaps on the frame. Will not buy again!

      We bought our Charles Rogers mattress and boxsprings about eight years ago and it has been the best by far that my wife and I have ever slept on. We frequently stay in hotels, such as ******, ********, **********, and other well-known nice hotel chains. Although we have had great experiences at those hotels, our favorite mattress by far is our Charles Rogers mattress at home. We cannot recommend this mattress company highly enough and it is surprising to see some of the bad reviews on Better Business Bureau website. We plan to keep this mattress for the rest of our lives, but if we ever do buy another mattress, it will be a Charles Rogers mattress. Just top notch experience from the ordering to the delivery to the sleeping on it every night.

      We bought a "Real" mattress more than 5 years ago and we are still enjoying how comfortable it is. No sagging of any sort, good support and we hardly have back pains anymore. We are genuinely satisfied.

      I bought two *** headboards and frames for a king and queen *** about 6-7 years ago. I dearly love my purchases and would not buy any other furniture/ ***s but from this company!! Im looking to buy two more *** frames and am finding that my favorites have been discounted!! Im so disappointed. The craftsmanship is amazing and would last several generations in my opinion. Durable and beautiful at the same time. I wish I had the opportunity to buy again my favorites!!

      I love my king ******** but not on the old box springs. Don't use these ********es on box springs. If you use a strong steel platform steel frame, you will be amazed at the difference. No sagging or support issues that people are referencing. Love my ******** and am so surprised at the complaints. I think you would equally find satisfied customers .. ****** ratings are much higher than here. Also had very quick delivery an ease in ordering .

      Due to a high rating in Consumer Reports, & a strong warranty, I bought a mattress and box spring in May of 2021. It's expensive and I expected it to last a very long time. Two years later, I had a serious issue, a sink hole in the mattress & the box spring! The company's customer service response was horrible! You need to follow ********************* a mile long. I sent many clear photos of the ************** wanted more & more. I wrote a bad review, contacted the BBB & the ******* AG's office, as one of the main reasons I bought this was due to their warranty. I was away for a lot, so it was a very lightly used mattress, yet this company wanted me to jump through hoops when they could clearly see the problem (acknowledged in emails). Delivery guys came out twice and could clearly see the issue as well as feel it. So to follow up, after months of going back & forth with this company & not being able to sleep, I finally got a replacement. An incredible difference! But to get to this point of finally getting a replacement, for the company to honor the warranty, ******, Director of CX, made me take down my *********** reviews, & to withdraw my complaint from the AG's office. I did so since I was told he would not help me if I didn't. He ultimately tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor to fix the problem, and the my photos didn't show damage that was that bad. Really? Then he won't mind me sharing all of them here. He tried to blame me, saying I'd caused damage to the box spring by walking on it or jumping on it. What am I. . .12? My advice is to save your money and buy something else. It is & needs 2 people to rotate it. More importantly, this company doesn't stand by their product. It was a MAJOR battle to get this replaced. Take responsibility if you have a manufacturing error, they happen. It cost $300 for shipping costs, another thing they don't make clear if you need to use your warranty (you pay the shipping).

      This company is terrible. Do not order a mattress from them. I ordered one from them in 2020 and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made.First, the delivery guys were careless and disrespectful of my home. They left stains on my walls and moved so quickly that they didn't care about damaging anything. When I complained to the company, they only offered me a measly $100 refund after I sent them photos of the damage.Three months ago, I noticed a dip in the middle of the mattress. I contacted the company again and had to send them multiple photos of the issue before they would even acknowledge it. Their warranty is designed to make it difficult for customers to get help, even when the mattress is clearly defective.Despite the clear fault in the mattress, the company refused to help me because they said my foundation was too old. They had previously told me that my foundation looked good, but then they changed their story and said that the law label said it was too old. It took me several months to resolve this issue, and in the end, I got nothing.When I first researched the mattress, I only found good reviews. I now believe that these reviews were all paid for. If you check the company's ratings, you'll see that there are many complaints about their poor customer service and unethical business practices.I'm surprised that this company is still in business. They have the worst business ethics I've ever experienced. After my experience, I'm making sure that everyone knows that this company should not be in business.
