    Nice boots " if you get the correct ones" terrible customer service. I ordered my third pair of boots, captains in the color ******. I was excited waiting for my new boots when they showed up, the color wasn't even close. They were a lighter brown color, ok no big deal or so I thought after multiple emails and sending all the pictures Thursday boot requested I was told " they will get darker after I wear them". I didn't want a refund I wanted to exchange them for something at least close to the color I ordered. Thursday boot refused to do anything after this experience I wouldn't have confidence in thursday boot to stand behind anything they sell. The funny thing is I was literally planning on buying a pair of black ones after buying this ****** pair but after this disappointing experience I'm done with this company. Terrible customer service good way to lose returning customers.

While the color variation can seem like an imperfection, it is actually a natural variation of the leather. After reviewing the images you sent out team, we can assure you that what you received is within the expected color range for our ****** Captain boots. Also, upon checking your order, the pair you purchased was sold through our warehouse sale where products are listed as final sale. The color can vary slightly from batch to batch which is something thats especially true with Warehouse Sale items, which may include finishing variations and minor cosmetic differences. We do stand behind our products if manufacturing issues are present. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.     Ordered shoes for a trip and paid for expedited shipping back on March 20 . After serval attempts to find out where my shoes were, no answers other than ,they are still coming! Well, Im about to leave for my trip and have no shoes! Do not do business with this store!

    They hide bad reviews, their list of reviews on their site from certified buyers is only the good reviews and not the bad. Mine is not there but the good reviews from the days before and after by other people are. I'm sure if they included all the reviews they would not be even 4 stars most likely about 3 or so.

    First, be warned - there is no way to speak to an actual person at this company, which is always a bad sign. I ordered a leather jacket for my daughter. It was smaller than their sizing chart said it would be, so I returned it. I am still waiting for my refund, and I have gotten the runaround in response to every email I have sent. This is a completely irresponsible and unethical company.

    "While our phone support is very limited." That's a deceitful statement. This company DOES NOT HAVE phone support. Statements like that are just one tactic they will use to hold onto your money as long as they possibly can. I was told they had tried to call me. They hadn't. I was told that I hadn't sent messages. I had. Almost every email I sent received a template response and did not even attempt to respond to what I had written. This company will deflect and delay and do anything possible to keep your money. I got my refund, but only because I didn't give up. This is an incredibly unethical company.

    Ordered two pairs of boots, same style just different sizes. Was very disappointed in the quality and fit so decided to return both of them. They said refunds can take up to 15 business days to process. We are now at day 15 and I'm still waiting on almost $400 to be refunded to me. Tried texting the number they ask you to text and no one responds. The original order was placed a month ago. Will not be ordering from this company again.

We received your return on October 21, 2024. Also, our team responded to your SMS twice but we haven't heard back from you.Refunds usually take a couple of days but because we were entering high volume season, we try to do our best to inspect returns and process refunds within timeframe.If you ever need further assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

    As others have said here, this company is a scam. It's one of those businesses that spends a lot of money on advertising and fake "best of" online articles, then sells an inferior product. My shoes started falling apart a few months after I got them, but I overlooked it because I rarely wore them and the damage seemed minor. After the warranty expired, they completely fell apart. Multiple eyelets came loose. The leather tore. And I take care of my shoes. I don't even wear my nice shoes in the snow or rain. The poorest-quality shoe I have ever owned.I went to the website to leave a review and warn other buyers. That's when I realized the whole company is a scam. You can't leave a review unless you get permission from Thursday Boot Company. I emailed them and asked to leave a review. I didn't even ask for any money back or a discount because the warranty had expired and I'm not looking for special treatment. All I wanted to do was leave a review. I was told they send a review link one month after purchase, which made me laugh. Who leaves a review after a month? And who saves an email for months or years in order to leave a review someday? Such a sleazy business practice.They offered me a $50 credit toward a future purchase, which again made me laugh. I'm not spending another dime at Thursday Boot Company, so that does me no good. I again said I just wanted to leave a review and the *** said he would alert someone to resend the link. Three weeks later and still no link. Complete *******, here I am leaving my review. Not sure who will see it or if it will help anyone, but PLEASE stay away from Thursday Boot Company and buy your shoes from a reputable brand.

    Was not happy with the shoes, tried 2 different pair/sizes. Quality wasn't the best. Returned for refunds which they received on 09.11.24. Still no refund issued.

    I never received my shipment and I’m requesting a refund in writing and they are refusing to offer a refund on a shipment that was never received. Here is their response to my request Hi ****, Thank you for getting back and for patiently waiting! I reached out to **** just so we can confirm if there was a glitch in their tracking system since they aren't updating it and the package is still tagged as awaiting the item. However, since we haven't received any response from them, it's possible that the package may have gotten lost in transit. We are going to file an investigation into this. In the meantime, per our Shipping and Returns policy on our website, I am not able to submit a refund for a lost package but I can send over a replacement or issue you a full store credit. Please let me know if you would prefer a replacement or a store credit and I will ensure you are taken care of right away. How can they say free returns and they won’t even refund my order that was never received and lost. I usually don’t dispute charges on my credit card but they are leaving me no choice. They are holding my money for ransom. It’s been over three weeks since my order, they admit in a email that my package is lost. I only asked for a refund since they couldn’t deliver in a timing fashion. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE GOOD ADS THAT WILL DRAW YOU IN SAYING THAT THERE QUALITY AT THIS PRICE POINT IS UN-MATCH. WELL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE OF THE WORST. How can they not offer a refund on merchandise that has not been delivered.

    Awful customer service. Their number to call goes straight to a voicemail that tells me to text them instead and they dont answer texts. I ordered a pair of boots 8 days ago and they still havent shipped. A shipping label hasnt even been created. I want them canceled now so I dont have to go through the hassle of returning them but they are refusing to answer the phone or texts. I can order these off of ****** easily and get them in 2 days. It should never take 8 days for a label to be created. I even spent the extra $8 on faster shipping. It is unfortunate because I really wanted to buy these boots but their customer service is awful.

    Ordered a pair of Cowboy boots. They were the Adobe ones. Immediately disappointed with the look and the fit was terrible. I ordered my exact size and was swimming in them. I contacted customer support to ask about a refund or at least exchange (they were bought on sale) She responded with there was nothing she could do as they were bought discounted. BS boots, second pair of shoes Ive ordered now. The first shoes were returned and refunded. This second time, no go.
