      Two minutes into the ride the driver caused and accident and side swiped another vehicle. The bus driver got out of the bus and started yelling at the driver of the car though he caused the accident. Never filed a police report.An hour later the bus began filling with smoke and the smell of gasoline. After passengers urged him to stop, the bus kept going for another few miles. We were stranded on the side of I95 in ********** for over 2 hours. I had to call a family friend to pick me up.I called customer service the number hung up on me and texted me instead. They issued no refund and would not release the drivers name although he caused an accident with 30+ passengers on board and jeopardized our lives by continuing to drive when the vehicle was filling with smoke and gas.Dont know how this place is in business, they need to be shut down.

      Panda NY Bus's refund policy is unfair since it will not refund tickets for delays due to weather, traffic and/or mechanical issues. On December 24, 2022 my wife, daughter and I traveled 80 minutes to arrive on time for an 11:15 PM departure from ******, ** to *************. Although their bus did not arrive during the three hours in which we waited in sub-freezing temperatures, they refused to refund my daughter's ticket purchased with my credit card. They implied by sending their refund policy in their written response to my dispute that waiting three hours in the middle of the night constitutes a delay and not a cancellation. I understand that delays caused by weather or traffic may be unavoidable. However, we called at least a dozen times to learn the status of the bus but could never speak with a person or even leave a message. At what point is a bus no longer delayed? The three hours we waited? Or is it six, nine? If the delay was due to mechanical problems then maybe they need newer, more reliable buses.In their written reply to my dispute they also claimed, "We are a company providing affordable transportation service, allowing people of all income brackets to be able to travel for work or leisure." Are they implying that because they provide a service largely to people without cars that they can ignore basic customer service? Services like refunding ticket sales for canceled trips, someone to answer the phones, or an internet schedule providing updates such as delays and cancellations.If you have another option to Panda NY Bus, then I recommend you take it.

      I would give no stars if I could. I was scheduled 1am bus to ********* ********. I was there since 12:30 am and the bus never came. When someone finally reach back to me they said the bus was there and clearly it wasnt because I was there since 12:30am. Now they wont schedule me for another bus nor refund my money. It the cheap way but I dont recommend taking this bus especially if u gotta meet the bus at a gas station DONT USE THIS BUS SERVICE!!!

      Paid for a trip from ********* to ******* just to be ripped off for a really affordable price. For an arrival of Xmas ******** never showed up. My son and I waited 4 hours in the cold below freezing weather just for the bus to never arrive. We got a text about ****pm saying Bus was delayed until 115 it said. We still waited patiently, my son had 2 very heavy luggage bags and me 1 heavy one as well. Every Bus that pulled up was not it. And we went out everytime we saw one pull up. As to not miss ours. However ours never showed up. Kept calling their 24/7 customer service line, never answered. So by almost 3 in the a.m we decide to just call a lyft and go back home.. fingertips frozen, body shutting down from the -7 temperature. Christmas day I finally had someone answer the phone just to be hang up on me after explaining my situation. So I decide to email their help email. And 1 day later I get a reply saying they would refund me asap. Mind you that was on Dec 25, 2022. And today is now January 4, 2023. Still no refund. Iam truly disgusted with this service. And I wouldn't ever give someone this option as means of transportation to travel. It's still not worth 1 star. **** all around. I believe this place is fraudulent indeed

      Panda NY is the WORST bus company I've ever used. I used them because they were affordable. Bad idea. Pay the extra money to use ********** **** ***, etc. First of all, the bus NEVER showed up. They claim they came to the stop where 5 of us were patiently waiting at. Not true at all. I called the comapny dispatcher which was very rude and hung the phone up after me asking where was the bus and that we're at a close gas station with women around and anything could of happened to them. They said the driver came and nobody was outside and that it's not there fault that we missed the bus. I missed work and missed my Father's *** festivities with my family. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, think twice before using this company. They are bad with communication, they are always late, bus restroom is filthy, the charger wasn't working, ac worked when it wasn't to, dispatcher will very disrespectful. If I could gice them negative 5 stars as a review I would
