Hello, I paid $599 for FileNow to complete the following, including a premium package to file my *** as well as obtain the **** I have not received the **** The date of transaction was 12/12/2021. No one ever picks up. No one responds, and I have not been able to conduct my business since then because I can't provide an EIN for my **** work. In addition, there isn't anything on the ***** entity search that indicates the *** has been filed or exists. This is really concerning. We responded to the customer multiple times sending them access to all of their files including a screenshot from the ** SOS website showing their entity. My guess is they attempted to call after the business was closed after 5p. When they didn't get through because we were closed. Then filed the complaint. The next day when we opened we responded via email. Or possibly it is a miscommunication on the entities manager's part. As you see ***** ******* and ********************* are listed on LLC EIN document. But all correspondence is with ***** ******* while ********************* is the one who filed the complaint.
