This is a scam. You will lose money, guaranteed on their false advertisement and program promises. We were called to attend a presentation about vacations, and the reward was two trips: 1. Two options that include the following:AIRFARE PLUS 2 NIGHTS HOTEL FOR 2 2 Round Trip Airfares 2 Nights accommodations with 23 Exciting Destinations to Choose From! You have up to 24 months to travel Book by phone with a Travel Agent.OR 7 NIGHTS RESORT GETAWAY 7 Nights accommodations with over ***** resort locations to choose from! Accommodations up to 4 Travelers U.S. and Worldwide Destinations Only 30 day advance notice required You have up to 24 months to travel Book by phone with a Travel Agent.2. An Extra Mini Vacation You Choose 4 Nights of Accommodations! Good at more than 50 Different Locations! After reviewing the details of the "free" vouchers, it has become quite obvious that there is no actual discount or "free" included, and this is a scam. There is a fee requirement of $25 just to get into the reservation options, and that money is lost forever. If you do not book, you lose this money. This program then requires fees for guarantees of a room, which is in a location and hotel you are not made aware of and given no information on. Yet, the tax is somehow predetermined. The end cost for a 4 day trip is the same as if we were to go without the actual program. The voucher we have is for a 4 day trip for FOUR people. However, we are being charged more money to bring any additional person over two guests. We had already paid for the 4 day trip redemption, and that is in the uploaded documents. If everyone pays $25 to them and do not get what is promised, the company is making a lot of money and the guests are getting scammed one at a time for $25.Customer Answer

At the *******************, I "spun the wheel to get a prize" and was promised a FREE vacation. We selected the free 7 day vacation - but we had to pay $40 (which we were told would be refunded) and attend a 2 hour presentation by a "wholesale vacation booking company" called ******. After that, we were sent an email to book our "free vacation" which came from ****************************************** which sends us to the site *************************************************** -- and I was skeptical of this --- after hours and hours of research and sifting through their list of hotels, I proceeded to "activate" my reward, only to be sent to a webpage requiring me to pay $25. This caused me to research into the company and it seems it is a scam. Also, I looked through their FAQs and it seems they are going to ask for more and more money later on. Look out everyone, this is a scam. They promise a free vacation, but then just ask for more and more money (hundreds of dollars), have very limited dates, nothing is available, and you end up NOT getting a free vacation.Initial Complaint

First point of contact was a phone call promising to provide 2 days hotel and roundtrip airfare for 2 to my choice anywhere in the continental ***. It was disclosed that there would be a sales presentation but no purchase at all necessary to recieve the promotional vacation described above.March 1, 2025 I attended a sales presentation about buying a vacation package for discounted travel, hotels, vacation homes, water parks, rental cars and more. It was *********** vacation rentals in *************, **. The price of the package was out of my budget but they did not provide the promised promotional vacation for free. I was handed a printout that directed me to a website that requires payment in order to register at all. $50. Then I read other reviews and decided not to proceed at all with their sham offer. Big waste of time plus a 2 hour drive for nothing. Here is a link to the place RCI Resorts directed me: *******************************************************************************************************Initial Complaint

FRAUD ACTIVITY! I wasn't disclosed about signing online, I was told along with a brochure that I received to come to a presentation for a 7 day vacation in a condo or cruise, along with 100 food card. I never was told nor do I do these online sign up. I called this company at ************ who threatened me, told I am only suppose to get $50.00 this is illegal bait and switch. This is illegal and fraud representation of their company. I told them I had proof of what I am suppose to get. He said you have no proof. he tried to get out of paying me for showing up for the presentation. This company is a *************. I want the ****** in a prepaid or debit card sent to me. He threatened me refusing to give what is suppose to be honored. He said there are no proof, I said I have it. He refused to see it. he refused to honor the proof. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he refused to let me talk with a supervisor. This appears to be criminal activity going on. What I expect at this point is for them to send me the $****** gift card or debit card with $******. 1. They didn't disclosed any online fees that you have to pay, 2, they didn't disclosed that you had to sign up online, 3. They misrepresented themselves when I went to their presentation on good faith only to get scammed out of my time showing up which is valuable. and they did not follow through on the what they were suppose to give me.Customer Answer

On 5/31/2023 I received a 3 night voucher from an email ********************* that I won from a travel agency agent who was hosting a travel party. Once logged into the link provided it stated to activate the 3 night offer I needed to pay $40 which I did. The follow up email stated that I choose 3 destinations from their list and 3 different dates and the system will check inventory for the locations and time selected and then Ill receive a booking reservation number and Ill have until 12/2024 to redeem voucher and Must travel by 5/2024 the latest . In order to move on and choose the 3 dates and locations I needed to send a money order of $189 along with reservation form request to ******************************************* and the order would need to be payable to *** PASSENGER TRUST ACCOUNT. I sent the money order via mail. I received an email and it stated that reservation requests need ***** days to search for inventory before theyve exhausted searching for each destination. The dates I chose were 7/18 last Vegas , 8/17 ************, and 9/29 Hollywood CA and none were in inventory. On 9/9/2024 I received an email stating they were not able to find any of my request in inventory and stated I could either receive an email or pay an additional amount of $389 for an upgrade. I started to feel uncomfortable and I noticed there was only link to upgrade as long as I sent more monies but there wasnt a refund link. So I logged back in and I kept receiving an error message and contacted supported which did provide me with a support ticket (*****) however I hadnt heard back and now my email voucher login credentials are showing invalid so I no longer and able to create another ticket or reach out via their zen desk. I reached out to the agent ***** ********* the persons page where this voucher was rallied on who then connected me with *** ******* who stated she is aware of this matter and has contacted her point of contact and that its pretty much a waiting gameCustomer Answer

I went to a presentation which turns out to buy something equivalent to a timeshare or vacation share. Even though they insisted it wasn't, the concept was the same. I receive a free voucher to redeem an airfare for two people plus two night at a hotel. Now it turns I must pay to redeem the voucher.Initial Complaint

Was given a 4 day cruise to listen to a presentation. I was sent the cruise voucher after being harrassed by the sales person. I was supposed to submit online for the cruise which I did and paid the $49.95 fee to hold my cruise for 24 months. I was going online tonight to pay the $100 deposit for the cruise and says that my certificate number is not valid. No way at all to contact the company. I want my cruise !Customer Answer

Dear BBB,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the webinar I attended in August 2022. During the webinar, I was promised a 5-day, 4-night stay at a resort or hotel in the ** or ****** of my choosing. However, it was not disclosed that there would be a $25 fee to access this reward after the training. Despite this unexpected cost, I reluctantly paid the fee once the confirmation link was sent to obtain our certificate.Additionally, it was not made clear during the webinar that there was a specific deadline by which we had to book our travel. We were informed that we had 24 months to use the certificate from the date it was delivered, which in my case was August 7, 2024. I feel misled and taken advantage of in this situation.I kindly request a refund of the $25 fee if I am not offered a new certificate number or if I am unable to book travel with the current certificate information that I have. I have attached supporting documentation for your reference.I trust that this matter will be resolved promptly and amicably. Thank you for your attention to this issue.Sincerely,***
