      I purchased a package of 10 30-minute radio interviews with 2 2-week advertisement billboards from Podcast Business News Network at service cost of $5,000 in February, 2023. The dates of the interviews were pre-scheduled for every other Friday starting in March. It is currently August 4th, and I have not yet completed my 7th interview due to the 4th last-minute cancellation (meaning cancellation at the time of the interview) on the part of PBN. In our signed contract, PBN specifically has an inclusion that I would be billed $250 for cancelling 48 hours in advance per interview. It is clear that PBN representatives do not value my time nor my resources.I have streams of unanswered email threads in my history, with it taking an average of 3 emails or phone calls from to agitate a single response from a PBN representative. Neither of the billboards have been erected yet in either location, despite my multiple months of requests. The degree of unprofessionalism and hours wasted from unmet service deliverables and my project management of PBN to complete their contracted tasks is abhorent. I have reached out to executives at headquarters, whom have been unresponsive much like the managerial representatives. I have requested an early termination of contract with a refund only of the difference for services not provided thus far, which seems fair. The managerial staff stated that they will not offer a refund of the difference remaining on our service contract upon cancellation, despite PBNs impossibility to meet contractual responsibilities in a fair and reasonable standard.

      I can appreciate the apologies that you have provided on behalf of the unprofessionalism of PBN representatives. However, in no way did your response provide any measurable, scalable, observable solution to any of the problems that I have been persistently mitigating since I signed this contract in February, 2023. In addition to the billable hours lost due to extremely last-minute cancellations, which PBN is not offering to reimburse me for, my finite time and energy has been expended being a project manager for services that I have contracted a PBN to manage.

      Your response provides no tangible solutions outside of vague, non-specific promises to do better, which is what I have been receiving from PBN representatives for the last many months. I provided a fair, reasonable solution in my initial complaint which was to reimburse me for the difference of any unmet services of the current contract. Whatever PBN has not actually provided me thus far would be reimbursed financially and the contract voided so that we may end this working relationship and I may redirect my energy and attention to my clients who deserve it most.

      I was approached by this company to be on a quick 5 minute podcast. After the scheduled time I was then called by the "producer" saying I was great and people were calling in to ask questions. She offered me a podcast series with billboard and advertising. They sent me what they were offering and how much it would cost. I responded with a few questions and they called within 30-minutes. She sent me a Docusign which I did not sign and another woman named ****** then asked for my card info and encouraged me to sign the form. I told her I needed time to review the agreement and she said that was fine. When I checked my emails the next day I saw they had charged my card. I never signed anything. I have emailed twice requesting they refund my card with no response.

With that being said the particulars of the purchase you made were very clearly laid out to you by both your sales associate and our compliance officer ******* Compliance actually takes your credit card information for the sale and confirms via recorded phone conversation that you are A-  indeed who you say you are B- that you authorize the credit card charge C- That you understand the terms of the sale ( refunds are not obtainable ).The docusign contract is then sent to your provided and confirmed email address with all your pertinent personal info you provided ie correct spelling of your name and your current up to date billing address + the particulars of your purchase. Only then was your card charged. We can also see that you viewed the entire docusign. Unfortunately due to the immediate outlay of funds our company incurs at the time of sale there are no refunds offered. This is something that was explained to you by our compliance officer prior to the salle and also from the docusign contract that you viewed. Although we are unable to offer a refund we can waive any rescheduling fees for your podcasts. We would also like to offer a free billboard advertisement for your company in ************* I hope that this resolves your complaint. Have a wonderful afternoon.

      12-02-21 Entered into the upper offer agreement of 5 podcast shows with *********************** and a digital billboard located by the stadium overlooking I-75 in downtown *******. (Photo provided that was sent to me identifying the location is attached.) At that time *************************** was in direct communication with me. There was never an issue in getting in touch with her. She used the same email that I was getting on all of my emails except for she was actually signing them now. Payments were made and shows were aired. On 12-03-21 I provided PBNN with photos for the digital billboard. I was told that payment had to be made in full before they would even start on it. On 03-01-22 payment was made in full. My last show was aired on 03-10-22. Other than communication on the day we aired the last show, all communication between *************************** and me stopped, whether by email or phone on 03-01-22. I continued to use the same email address I have always used and now I did not receive a response. To this day I have yet to receive a response. Also, the phone number I had for ******************* was no longer in existence. When I would call and leave messages, she was always busy saying she would call me back. Sometimes they would put other people on the phone and act like she wasn't there. I even spoke to someone at some point about the billboard, them saying that there was a problem with the proof and always had an excuse. Ultimately, I completely lost contact with them in June. They no longer answer my calls, return my messages, answer my web contact requests, and so on. And when When I do call the receptionist has no information on who is in charge and who I can speak to. I found out the reason for that. Both of their locations are virtual locations. PBNN is not even in *************. The offices are allowed to receive mail at that address, forwarding it to them directly. I am attaching a bunch of documents for your review. I do have the emails if you need me to forward them to you.

      This is ONLY ACCEPTABLE IF THEY CONTACT ME WITHIN SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS AT MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER THEY HAVE. BOTH MUST BE USED IN ORDER TO SATISFY THIS COMPLAINT. I have on many occasions tried to contact them in all formats and never received a response. They have never tried to contact me. It is imperative that they must contact me within seven business days for this to get resolved as it has been an ongoing situation that is well past the time allotted.       I fell for this stupid scam. I got the 5 minute interview with a call back telling me how so many people loved my podcast and then offered me 7 more podcasts for $1,500. That transaction happened on Jun 27, 2022 and they charged me $3,500. I have already let the company know that I'm happy to walk away from the $1,500 but I want my $2,000 back. Honestly, I want a full refund because this company is a scam. I am trying to upload my receipt but am unable to do so as it won't upload it.

      We have provided your signed Docusigh Invoice clearly stating price and services agreed to. Initialed where it is clearly laid out that refunds are not obtainable. We have also provided pictures of your podcast distribution.There are more but the BBB has limits to the number of attachments. You can clearly see Apple Podcasts is one of the distribution points. I mention that because I just saw an email where you incorrectly state that your podcast has not been distributed to Apple. And it clearly has been.You have agreed to paid and been given all that you have been agreeable to up until this point. Please stop incorrectly representing the events of the purchase , invoice and deliverables. This is not only an extremely dishonest thing to do it is actually not legal and considered slander. We have tons of glowing reviews from happy clients and a very big online presence with our podcast distribution.

      They charged me for an undefined service. They charged my credit card but never provided a scope of work, a contract outlining my responsibilities and theirs. I have not received any service for the $5000 they collected. I have never signed a contract but when I asked my credit to oppose the charged, PODCAST BUSINESS NEWS GROUP provided a fake contract that I never signed. I have repeatedly asked them to provide me with a copy of this alleged contract that I signed. they have NEVER responded. They refused to refund me. This is plain fraud.

That being said your invoice states exactly the services you have agreed to and paid for. That service was/is an in person interview to be filmed at our ** location. All travel and lodging + a car to and from the airport is included in the invoiced price. You have not received the agreed upon service(s) because you refuse to commit to a ************* to make the trip and actually complete the interview.       I am reporting the theft of money owed from Studio 3 Podcast Business News Network located at ******************************************. I am seeking help with conducting fair business and receiving a refund owed. On the 7th of March, I was promised a refund of $700.00 to be issued on April 15th, 2022 as per *************************. The refund was not issued. PBN not only is complying with unfair and immoral business practices by lying but I also was ignored when requesting help with an inquiry regarding my refund. After explaining via email that I would contact the police, ***** responded. I received an email from *************************** as a receipt explaining that a refund would be issued on May 17th, 2022. I filed a police report on June 3rd, 2022 reporting PBN. I have not received a refund and have not heard back from the network. It is almost as if this network is looking to inflict harm and they need the money more than I. I am an up-and-coming new business owner who works selflessly to serve and help people in need. Unlike PBN who seems driven by revenge and greed. PBN is not a network that wants to help new business owners but rather, they are about capitalism. Each representative at PBN has a different explanation of refund dates and I am requesting that they be more transparent as I see several other complaints on BBB regarding this topic issue. Please assist in providing my refund owed upon receipt. Thank you.

      A Business was scammed Lost $6,000.00 I was contacted by PBN with a chance to market my business with their Pod Cast shows. This is very scripted I could tell but like they say, if it sounds too good to be true it is. Bottom line, I signed a contract that gave me 10x30 minute shows to be placed on Spotify, iHeart and XM radio as well as three others. I was to receive a billboard in times square along with a kiosk. They were going to tape four on my shows to place on local TV in ********, total was $6000, which I have a signed contract and receipt. So far, I have done one show and all smoke and mirrors and excuses after that. This started a month ago and they are running from me now, I am going to seek a lawyer and *** for breach of contract and notify the ** of New York. They are for real a scam, a very good one. Report them if they call.They have recently moved to Long Island and changed the name to **** *** *****. They changed their number as well. They are obviously feeling the heat and running to stay ahead of all the complaints. I have given you all of their information so you can find them and hopefully investigate their scam.       Better Business Bureau: Simple, here are the three contracts I paid for totaling $6000. They put me off, gave me the run-around about not having the billboard as well as kiosk up. They kept moving the scheduled time up to a later date.

      Make sure you know they have moved to "**** *** *****" same company and same business. They are hiding from all of you. Here is their new name **** *** ***** Podcast on Apple, they are hiding under Apple ID. I wonder if Apple knows what they are doing. Time to find out either you or I need to contact them and expose their scam. I have already contacted an attorney; they should be hearing from them next week. I will not stop or go away. Please help report these people.

As you can see from the thousands of satisfied clients we have provided our services. Unfortunately you have resorted to telling untruths in an attempt to get your desired outcome which is a refund.       Podcasts require work on the part of the client. They also require a certain flexibility in times as well as choice in hosts. When we attempted to reschedule some of your shows we were met with reluctance and hesitation on your part. A billboard in times square takes several weeks to design + plan and get approval for said design by the billboard owners. As Times square is a huge well known and extremely prestigious hotspot for advertisement. What you purchased was a very high level strategic marketing/branding plan that you ultimately refused to follow thru on and complete. You are welcome to complete your podcasts + billboard at any time. We are very sorry if this is not your desired outcome.

They always say it is not a sales call but a 5 minute interview which they then will try to upsell you hundreds to thousands of dollars. So, it is in fact a sales call. I have been asked repeatedly over the last 3 years to be removed from their call list. They state that they do not have a do not call list. They have supposedly given my number to team leads and account managers to share so I will not be called. "This is the best we can do" is their response.

      This company contacted me earlier this year to discuss mental health. I did one free episode and paid for 5 more. I was called to do a bigger promotion and paid ****, in two separate installments. I was never contacted to do the video even after they charged my card without my authorization. The producer, or so she says, *************************** was beyond rude and would aggressively try to make me pay her the money. Even when I explained that I had a family emergency. Her direct response was I dont care we have a business to run. She the. Proceeded to tell me to shut up and I was going to listen to her. I emailed a few times after the unauthorized charge with no response. I got the run around for weeks to get my money back. I finally called corporate and still no response. I was told they are in a meeting. I finally speak to. *************************** on 10/21/21 and he proceeds to say we are ready to shoot the video. I told him I dont want to do business with a company like this and I want a refund. It is now 11/8/21 and no refund has been issued. When I reach out they tell me it takes **** business days for a credit card refund. I started this process in July and it is now November and I have no video or my $**** back. I have attached a copy of my payments.

      Let me start off by saying that we are truly sorry to hear that you had anything other than a wonderful experience with PBN Podcasts. That being said we have been having serious issues related to covid exposure plaguing our office for months now. This has resulted in the majority of our employees working from home and some not being able to work at all. This has been a very real and very scary issue for us for some time now.Unfortunately both our response times and general efficiency in doing business has been greatly affected.       I have provided my contact information to several of your team members at corporate. I called today and the nice lady shaded that my calls have been received with no response.  I have spoken to *************************** who shared that my refund was already issued in November 1st.  At this point I would like this refund expedited.       No one from your office has responded to me this entire time.  You only respond to these BBB emails.  We could have had this resolved in October but I kept getting the run-around.  I went to the bank and they were able to supply a letter showing that I only got $1500.  They were only able to get $1500 because the first deposit was past the 90 days.  I would like to get this resolved immediately.

      On 6/29/2021 I was offered a service from PBN. They charged my credit card $2,500. On 6/30/2021, I decided I did not want to move forward with this service. I called PBN to stop the transaction. I never signed the contract. I emailed and called often. Finally getting an email response on 7/14/2021, that I should receive my refund "within 7-10 business days." I did not receive my refund and continued to call and email. I received another email on 8/12/2021 that I will receive my refund "within 7-10 business days." I did not receive my refund and continued to call and email. on 9/13/21, I talked with a employee who promised me that I would receive my refund by 9/17/21. I did not receive a refund. I have called every day. I have left messages. I am told they are now being charged every time I leave a message at the call center. It's now 9/30/21, I do not have my refund, no one is calling me with an explanation and no one is available when I call.

Unfortunately due to a widespread covid infection in our office's , all of our employees are currently working remotely.
