On June 9, 2023, I purchased online a 2022 Porsche 911 from LuxSport Motor Group, *********, **.The dealership collected $2459.59 for ******** sales tax and $295.00 for ******** plates, title and registration fees. I subsequently paid all Colorado fees directly to the Colorado DMV when I registered the car. After several emails and phone calls to LuxSport (***********************, President), I did receive a $2459.59 check dated 8/02/2023 from LuxSport for the CO sales tax. After numerous calls, emails, letters, even a certified letter, I cannot get LuxSport to refund the $295.00, nor can I get them to give me a reason for not paying the refund.

I gave *********************** owner of Luxsport a deposit for a Car. **** his Assistant told me that everything on the car would be fix including a crack on the windshield before sale of the car. On 7/22, I purchased the car from *****. Before leaving the lot I notice that the crack was still on the Windshield. After a discussion between **** and ******************** told me to take the car, get a quote for the windshield then send the quote over that they would cover the cost of the repairs. ***** also informed me that they will be mailing me the spare key to the car. I went to Safelite to get a quote. They told me the windshield could not get fixed but rather needed a replacement. I informed **** that I would send a quote for a replacement. Once I sent the quote, **** said he will speak to ***** and see if they can find a cheaper quote elsewhere. I spoke to ***** on the phone and he refused to pay for the repairs and asked me to go through the insurance. My windshield still has not been replaced, it is ***** responsibility to replace it since he sold me the car under the impression that it will be fixed. Additionally, I have not received the spare key. I asked multiple times about it and ***** lied saying they were sent. Finally he told me they had found a key but that he didnt know if it was mine and that I needed to go get it. I asked him to mail me the key as he promised, he said no. 3 days later I go to pick up the key and find the location was closed down. ***** lied and said they were closed for the day, meanwhile **** said the location was closed down and they were working from home. Then, ***** told me that he will purchase a new key, cover the cost of programming it and mail it. The key never came and **** stopped responding, so I put a negative yelp review. ***** try to extort me by telling me he will only send me my key once I bring down the review and retaliated by contacting my employer as well as publicly exposing my full name and the place I live.
